Colin and the Belvoir team are fab, I had my house on with them for sale , the first sale fell through due to a problem with the chain and eventually completed last Friday. From the start Colin and team cannot do enough for you, they are efficient and understanding keeping you informed at every stage and being proactive throughout the whole sales process, they have looked after me so proficiently I think I would have had a very challenging time if it had not been for their support. Thank you so much for everything, I cannot recommend you highly enough!!

Poor customer service, unhelpful and rude staff. Rang them twice with enquiry about listed property and possibility to arrange veiwing, they didn't answer my questions and both times said they would ring me back, which never happened. They just didn't bother.

The tenants always seem happy with the response time when we attend properties and the staff are helpful and friendly. Belvoir pay quickly as well, which is always nice. I rented very nice house On Swallow Close Wellingborough through them. One of the office workers had sent a false letter in which it was written that the owner sells the house. As I later found out the house was needed it for her. Also deposit was withdrawn by them, but not given back to landlord. I do not recommend to rent a property from them.

Some years ago I moved to Wellingborough and rented a property through Belvoir before purchasing my own house there.I was very impressed with the level of service, care and support they offered to me as a tenant. When I moved away from the town and needed to rent out my house I wanted whoever became my tenants to experience that same level of support so I turned once again to Colin and Sheethal at Belvoir. I benchmarked them against the competition and whilst not the cheapest available I feel very confident that my interests are best served by these guys and I know my tenants will be treated as I would like to be.

I have been a landlord in Wellingborough for over 20 years and have been using Belvoir to manage my properties for more than 8 years. During this time my portfolio has increased 5 fold and this would not have been possible without my complete confidence in Belvoirs professional approach to property management, both from a landlord and tenants prospective.
Their speedy and efficient response to maintenance issues, extensive range of trusted contractors and forward planning of gas safety checks, tenancy renewals and such like make my life much easier. Over the years I have used many rental agents and I can honesty say that Belvoir has been the unquestionably the best. I would highly recommend them to both experienced and novice landlords. The two major factors in this recommendation are the very short void periods I have experienced (sometimes less than 12 hours!) and the fact that their contractors charge a fair price for maintenance, not an over inflated figure as I have experienced too many times in the past. I m sure many landlords would appreciate this especially in these tricky times many of us face where every penny counts!
