Found them, especially Paul to be helpful and positive. He has unique way of turning a bad im to a positive.

Viewings were difficult as I work full time, have dogs and Autistic child so had to have weekends so i could get dogs out and son, but found that viewings always came through on a weekday. Found out the opening hours were not ideal for my needs, wish that had been explained as I had to put people off. I couldnt adapt everything for weekdays.

Conclusion, if i had better circumstances at home I would had kept them on, no doubt about it. Very professional and polite and will advise you on small improvements if required.

We can’t stress enough what a great experience we had with this letting agent. From start to finish the guys and especially Chelsey on the letting side were extremely professional and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We previously had the worst experience in another property and the agents weren’t there for tenants at all but these guys really made us feel like we were just as important to them. This made our time with them stress free and when the time came to move on they handled our exit just as professionally and we had no problems receiving our deposit back. Highly recommended Bill Wych & Co. As a landlord we have used this company to rent out our 2 properties for many years. They are reliable and professional and great value for money. The team have always been quick to re-let our property as soon as tenants move out so we aren't left with an empty house costing us money. I started using Bill Wych & Co back in May for my rental property. I can’t rate them highly enough for their professional and friendly service to date. Recently sold our property with Bill Wych & Co. We found the whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. On a couple of occasions there were hold ups from other's in the chain and Paul went above and beyond to move things along all the time keeping us updated communicating with us all he could. After shopping around to gather prices we found them to be great value for money. Our property was marketed well and we sold very quickly.
