Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

Ben made everything so much easier, from finding the perfect place to guiding me through the paperwork. I truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in renting a home.
6th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Firstly I met with Victoria which established the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with your line of business. She was smart, experienced and knew the market and challenges. It was very comforting and then to be followed up by Sue, James and the selling Ladies , one of whom out of the three I thought a little dippy, but having said that she was probably the one who showed the new buyers around! Very quickly there were people through the door and many of them! Yes, my house is in a great location and reasonably laid out but “Rightmove” is not the only vehicle that sells houses! It’s a true credit to Savills and Victoria who lead the charge, and made this trip enjoyable. Thank you, Lesley FORROW??

I would like to appreciate Makayla , Ella, Georgia and Molly for their efficiency, support and advice through out the process. I wish success for Connells , Northampton for their all endeavours.
23rd Sep 2024 (17 weeks ago)Please do not go with this group of cowboys. We rented our property with them for one year and the experience was horrendous. Their electrician quoted £1500 for work, we then got the work completed be a different qualified electrician for £150. The staff were very rude and pushy towards using their own tradesmen, that’s if you could speak with a member of staff on the phone without them cutting you off. They have taken 2 months rent payments from our tenant who is a pensioner with limited funds, even though their contract has ended, we have been fighting to get this money returned for the past 3 weeks, with no joy as yet, even though they admit it is entirely their fault, they each blame different departments. Absolutely would never recommend this company.

She expedited a maintenance check and kept me fully updated as she worked though finding a solution with my landlord. 2nd Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)I recently had many unhappy experiences with the letting team in Wellingborough branch. Several things sharing here for anyone who wants to choose them, please reconsider! 1) They reduced the listing price without my consent; 2) They assumed I would use their full management service and charged me incorrect fees without any clarification. 3) When I tried to get support, all I received is their blame me not responding to them (which I did but to a different team member. You can tell they don’t communicate internally). After this contract, I will never choose them.Your Move - Hobin Roberts - Northampton

I have been using Wych, to rent out my two apartments for the last 11 years, and can honestly say, there is no better company out there. My dealings have predominantly been with, Chelsey Wager(Branch Manager) outstanding asset to the group. So kind yet so professional, the best there is.

From the moment I arrived, Laura was welcoming and professional. She took the time to walk me through the property, highlighting its features and addressing any questions I had along the way. What stood out most was her in-depth knowledge of the property and the local area. She offered valuable insights into the neighborhood, local amenities, and even future developments, which made a big difference in helping me assess whether it was the right fit. Laura's approach was both personable and informative, making the viewing feel more like a conversation rather than just a sales pitch. She was also very transparent about the property's history and potential, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about matching clients with the right property, rather than just making a sale. Overall, my experience with Henderson Connellan and Laura during the property viewing was excellent. I felt well-informed, supported, and confident in my decision-making process. I would definitely consider working with them again, and I would highly recommend Laura for anyone looking to buy or rent.

Angela was excellent: calm; communicative and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and although she was on leave during the period in which two offers were made on our property, she made herself available to liaise between us and the prospective buyers. I can’t recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough and would definitely use Osprey again if the opportunity arose.

However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.

His marketing techniques drew people in with interest before our home even went live on the website, meaning that we sold our property in three days and secured our new home purchase with him the same day. Rob has answered any questions we have had and chased solicitors getting answers before we have even asked some of the questions he was always a step ahead of us throughout the whole process.
