Fantastic customer service and help. I recently used the Allen and Harris team to help purchase a flat. I was declined by various companies before, however with the help of Jamie who went beyond my expectations I was able to purchase a property. He did everything for me and caused a stress free experience. Even when I thought all was lost he found a way and didn’t give up. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer. I was extremely impressed with the high standard of staff and customer service that I recently experienced when having a house viewing. Throughout the whole process of phone calls, emailing and on the day of the viewing, the staff were all very professional and helpful. The attention to detail was also very impressive as the home report was printed out and given to me on arrival and a selection of beverages and snacks were offered to me as well.

Very helpful and friendly team. The initial view of the property, I wanted to buy, was arranged for the next day. A couple of weeks later I wanted a second view and this was arranged for the same day. Both times Andrew met me at the property on time. Their mortgage advisor, Fiona, did an excellent job as well, despite my low income based on a zero-hour contract. Job's done.

I am currently looking for a flat and came across a great property which I needed to arrange a viewing for through this estate agent. Very shortly after I emailed to ask for another viewing or more information but didn't get any response. I then phoned and was told the place was under offer with no notification from the agent or update on the website to show this. This is ridiculous and especially infuriating given the dismissive attitude of the employee on the phone. From the information I received, this must have been concluded around the time I had the viewing and I was not made aware of this likelihood by the estate agent and therefore didn't rush. Also, I had an appointment with their mortgage advisor who couldn't find any deals better than moneysupermarket was offering me. All I can say is I'm glad I won't have to pay their "lifetime" fee of £499!

Dissapointed by service. Mortgage consultant is incompetent, been let down three times by her. Turning into a goose chase and as a paying client this simply is not good enough. She's very bad mannered and highly unprofessional.
