We just returned a property managed by MPG group and we wanted to provide a review highlighting their excellent service along with their professionalism and good customer service. We were mostly in contact with Joanne but I can say that all team members used to treat our queries in a promptly manner. very happy and definitely will make use of their services again if possible!

Unfortunately tenant under mpg for 12 years (they we just a bad before rebrand). Terrible Winton office staff, string of inexperienced, unprofessional, non communicative and un empathetic, superficial office women types who couldn't run a tap let alone an agency properly. On going dispute and complaint in process and still poor service and communication. AVOID

Worst letting agents out there! Be prepared for them to charge £360 to paint all the rooms in the property when you leave. You can’t charge to re-paint the walls when it’s general wear and tear from living there look it up!! And be prepared for them to not deal with any problems that happen to the flat e.g. the flat upstairs having a leak and causing the ceiling to get mould and the bathroom tiles to crack from ceiling to bath. Notified on many occasions and only did something when we left the property and they had to fix it before the next tenant came in.

They changed their name from McConnell Property Group to 'MPG' (probably to avoid all the negative reviews) check out their old page for the real story! (1 star and many reviews)
Slow to deal with tenant's issues - very fast to steal money from you. They tried to take £100 off of each of us (£600+) for cleaning which is a complete disgrace, the place was a dump when we moved in and we improved the cleanliness of the house if anything. We spent weeks without hot water or working toilets, when we contacted McConnell they were evasive and useless. If you're at university in Bournemouth avoid this company at all costs.

From the first phone call of booking the viewing and all the way through the process of getting into the property the customer service was great. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The agent who dealt with our viewing, Johnathon, wasn't pushy like most estate agents, he just let us look around, gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and that was that, from there all our documents were sent via email and signed on our phones which was so easy to do and within 2 weeks we were in our new home! Highly recommend

Having dealt with Jonathan to find a rental property I found him most helpful. My situation was a little more complex than usual and Jonathan and his colleagues proactively sought a solution to an issue I had which significantly helped. On this basis I would have no hesitation in recommending MPG to others looking for a quality and friendly agent.

I dealt with Jonathan from here on a new rental property in Poole. He was always polite, punctual and answered any questions I had within a couple of hours at most. I've dealt with a few letting agents in the past and my experience has always been sketchy at best, but MPG changed that. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I have worked with MPG for the last 10 years with 2 buy to let properties and have had a great experience.
In the last 3 months we have sold one of our properties also using MPG. The service has been excellent, Phil and his colleagues have been professional and all ways at the end of the phone. I have even had text messages from Phil while he has been on holiday, to update me on the progress of the sale.
VALUE FOR MONEY ! ........ I did initially contact the original estate agents ( Richard Godsell ) I purchased the property from and the difference in cost was over £1000. But more importantly there was no compromise in service.
Finally I would just like to say a big thank you to Phil.
