Sold a house through them, our solicitors had to chase for the advance money for days delaying the sale. This has had impact on my new purchase and i ended up not being able to buy the property because i could not prove the proof of funds. I would stay well clear from MS Auctions. This was my 2nd sale. It will be the last one.
