As an estate agent myself for 20+ years, the service received from this branch and in particular Steve was the worst I have ever come across. My daughter as a first time buyers experience should have been an exciting happy time. When offering on a shared ownership flat, no one got back to her and we chased for answers for over 3 weeks. I personally spoke to Steve to find out what was happening, as this was holding her up from looking at other properties. He advised that he was chasing the housing association but couldn't get hold of them and that my daughter was his priority. We were continuously promised calls back and never had them. To our surprise this morning the flat has come up on Rightmove and Zoopla as sold, no phone call to explain what happened with our offer. To say my daughter and I feel disappointed and let down is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is what gives the estate agents a bad name.... Read more
