5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)I have finally moved out of my flat. I would not recommend getting a property with Ealing Barnard Marcus. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I have had to chase him about simple issues or questions for days even weeks sometimes. I called him 4 days in a row and each time I was told he’s off sick. One day I stopped outside the office called the office and was told he is still off sick, which was a lie I was literally looking into the office and saw him talking and laughing with his other colleagues. Sara was the only person who would help me on the phone or in person. She was professional and really helpful.

Not only was the signing and confirmation of the contract swift and efficient, getting me in my new home at an amazingly fast pace. They have been extremely understanding and flexible when I found myself in a very hectic and difficult time. I would highly reccomend Daniels if you have the option or chance for your rental property.

Unfortunately, the tenant did not pay rent over the past two years, which caused me a terrible experience, suffering, and financial losses. However, I was very fortunate to receive continuous great help from Kayleigh Weston, Benham's property manager. Kayleigh is very kind and responsible, always providing useful professional advice and helpful feedback to my problems promptly and patiently. She continued to help me enthusiastically with the refurbishment works after the repossession of my property. Her great assistance in solving my problems is much appreciated. Many thanks to Kayleigh.
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)Finding a place to rent was so stressful and at times frustrating until I met Aman at KFH Ealing. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

I got 6 valuers to come to my property to value it and Bairstow Eves, Christopher was so professional and warming. He was interested in knowing about the property not just measuring it. He was also interested in me as a person and helping me achieve my goal to move. Then I met Klaensa and I could not have asked for a better selling agent. She is on job, making those phone calls, she keeps me updated and she also works so hard because she cares about her clients. She is the ultimate package of professional, kind, down to earth and informative sales agent and it just goes to show because my property went under offer in 2 weeks and I had 2 offers to pick from. They have achieved my expectations and I will always recommend them. Thank you so much to Klaensa and Chris for all your hard work!

22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.

I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health. Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better. I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients. One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences. Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Honestly, as a tenant in London I have had such horrible experiences with the big name estate agents that I had come to the resigned acceptance that all estate agents were of a similar ilk. However, I cannot stress enough how different of an experience Empire Chase provides. In letting our property Empire Chase has provided a bespoke service with a degree of contact and follow-through that I had believed to be impossible to see. Their service has been impeccable and their rates very competitive - suffice it to say that I am truly glad we were recommended their services.
