You would have to be crazy to use this place, bad company, never get your deposit back, Rats and mice in most properties. Asian Landlords that are racist to whites and blacks. Aggressive, bad manners, never fix anything, House was infected with cockroaches. Don't comply to the letting arrangements, fail to meet the agreement list is endless. Try Jupiter properties or a next place. Seriously if you read this and still end up at MT properties, you will be looking back in a year asking yourself why you did not look at the reviews and listen.... Read more

Horrible experience and very dishonest agent, named Maj. He offered me a house which I was willing to rent and made me pay a deposit for it. After a few days, he has disappeared and his colleagues told me that the house was no longer available but they refused to give me my deposit back. In the end I lost 100 pounds. Really insane! Stay away from such criminals!... Read more

I have given 1 star because i cant give any lower.The rooms are in serious bad condition, damp no fire/health and safety. The worst agents ever they completely diasagree to give the deposit back, they dont pick the phone up,each visit to the office they seem to be closed. We still have not got the deposit back and getting in touch with Manchester Council regarding him. Please STAY AWAY from him.... Read more

It was a horrible experience. Most of the things were broken like fridge, boiler and it took a lot of time (10-15 days) to fix them, and that too temporarily. Moreover, it took them more than 8 months to return the deposit and they unnecessarily deducted a huge chunk of money out of that for no reason. They were highly unprofessional, I used to call them from my home country to get my deposit, but never got a positive reply. I only got some of the deposit back as I returned to the UK for further studies. So especially international students, please beware of this place. Would not recommend it to anybody, even if you really need a place.... Read more

Very bad agencie! 1. Providing houses in very bad area. 2. No furniture inside the property. 3. We did request for new matrac and we're waiting nearly for two months. 4. Problems with electricity and water. 5. Very bad internet and boiler. 6. They don't even trying to support you with your problems and they don't give deposit back.... Read more
