The man working there or the owner is rude as hell. Always asking for details because he seems the right mess. Makes inappropriate questions and I have doubts in how he keeps our personal information. Didn't do business with them because straight away I noticed lots of red flags.... Read more

The agency were successful in finding a suitable tenant for my 5 bed house. Other agents advertising at the same time were not as successful. They also currently manage the property and the rent is always delivered to me. If any problems arise they always contact me and make me aware of what needs to be done. DO NOT USE this company. I made an application for a flat and after sending all of the documents they asked for and paying the deposit I was told that I could not have the flat because it had been given to somebody else. The next day which was a Saturday I went into the office to demand an explanation and get my deposit back to be told that the only person that knew what happened was not in that day and I would have to wait untill Monday to get my deposit back. It is now 12:20 on the Monday and I am still waiting for my Money back. After calling them and telling them I will go to the police I think they have panicked enough to finally give me my deposit back. The customer service is disgraceful and I am writing this review to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else.... Read more
