Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2018.

Great service

Seemed to not be interest when I went in to get the paperwork for a flat. When I started doing it out they informed me I need a guarantor even though it hadn't been mentioned during any of the previous viewings or correspondence. If I could give - stars I would.

DO NOT USE this company. I made an application for a flat and after sending all of the documents they asked for and paying the deposit I was told that I could not have the flat because it had been given to somebody else. The next day which was a Saturday I went into the office to demand an explanation and get my deposit back to be told that the only person that knew what happened was not in that day and I would have to wait untill Monday to get my deposit back. It is now 12:20 on the Monday and I am still waiting for my Money back. After calling them and telling them I will go to the police I think they have panicked enough to finally give me my deposit back.
The customer service is disgraceful and I am writing this review to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else.

Short story, friend had paid deposit and fees to be told the property is now unavailable as someone else has rented it. She was told this the day before she due to collect keys.
