Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2019.

Latest Reviews for Ash Residential

Family buisness, very friendly! Helped me with student Accomodation!

Third Party Review - this review has not been verified by GetAgent.

Poor, slow service. Every time I requested something, I was responded to with apathy. Promises were not kept. They simply care about keeping their landlords appeased. Now I am due a significant refund, and they want to pay it out in monthly installments over 6+ months. Ridiculous.

Personally, I don’t believe any positive reviews here can be genuine. My advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENT. You’ve been warned!

Nice folks, never rented through them, but better than my current landlord! At Rusholme Gardens.

I rented a house with my mates from Ash residential 20 years ago when I moved to London. They were awful then and they are awful now.
