We bought a house in a small chain with Jenna from Martyn Gerrard.
Although a small chain, the process was protracted unnecessarily, and in the end very difficult at points.
We found Jenna and the company utterly professional, patient and caring. Jenna was incredible, working hard to get us answers to queries throughout and was an excellent bridge to the outgoing vendors.
We are soon to complete final, and Jenna is still working hard to help us with things we want to do before the deadline.
I, a long time renter in London had lost faith in a lot of estate agencies, Jenna and Martyn Gerrard, have restored a lot of that over the last few months.

Chris and Mason were completely awesome in handling my house sale. Very communicative, responsive and transparent. When the chain started getting a little complicated, they stepped in and pushed everything through. I’ll be forever grateful. I have high standards and I recommend them highly!

Having purchased my home from Martyn Gerrard previously I spoke to them again when I was looking to move up the ladder. After speaking to a few agents, we decided to list with them. We also were added to their lists and had regular contact regarding new listings. Jenna was very helpful in keeping us updated on interest with our property and movement and sales in the area and also helped us secure our new home. Mason and Jenna were also great with the sale of our previous home and helped us with questions and some issues to sort out with our buyer. Would definitely consider using them again if we move again!

Jenna and the sales team at East Finchley were amazing throughout the whole process, working to a tight deadline, overcoming any issues and were professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries. This is our third time using Martyn Gerrard and they always seem to save the day! Thank you!

Had a great experience with Shervin at Martyn Gerard. Very friendly and welcoming at the beginning stage and the application stage felt secure and not pushy at all. Resolved all questions I had about anything and now super happy with the flat I am in.

We have used Martyn Gerrard East Finchley a couple of times throughout the past few years. Previously in buying and selling a property and most recently the purchase of a house locally. Jenna made the process very smooth by being informative and responsive every step of they way. When showing us potential properties she was always mindful of our needs and had a strong view of the market.
We would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again in the future.

As a seller MG provided us with a smooth service and enabled the conveyancing process efficiently. They had a good stock of potential buyers on their books 'ready and waiting', with our property selling within 10 days. Despite a broken ankle, the Manager Chris provided a solid 'point of contact' for queries and confirmations. Would use again...

The whole sales team at Martyn Gerrard were fantastic from start to completion of my sale. It was Faysal that found the buyer for the property and he really took the stress out of the sale process. His knowledge of the local market is excellent and had a great instinct for who the right buyers would be. Most of all he achieved a great price for my property. I would definitely recommend the company and will use them again in the future.

We were very impressed by Martyn Gerrard. From the quality of their virtual tour to them bringing all their agents to hear what we thought was great about our house, they offered a better service than was on offer elsewhere. Faysal in particular was brilliant and handled our sale in a really communicative way, always willing to talk, help get things done and support us with things like our onward purchase even though he didn’t need to. I’d highly recommend them, especially if you can negotiate a bit off the fee!
