It is my first time renting out my house and I have been incredibly impressed with the team at MG in E Finchley. Sophie was immediately on the front foot and talked me carefully through the whole process and answered any questions I had. Viewings were arranged incredibly quickly and a rental was confirmed within a matter of days. I do not believe any positive feedback here. We communicated with this team for a year and a half and had only very negative impressions. They don't tell all the information to the client and cheated us out of more than £500 from the start, forcing us to take the keys when the apartment was not ready to move in. We were able to move in only after two weeks when they did the necessary repairs. They do not respond to letters and calls and have to write 3-4 requests until they give a completely unprofessional answer. We asked for a change of agent as Sophie was extremely incompetent, but it just got worse. I do not recommend anyone to contact this agency. They despise their customers.... Read more

I've worked with Martyn Gerrard for over 15 years now and am always impressed with not only how quickly they find new tenants when required but also the quality of tenants. I'd definitely recommend Martyn Gerrard to Landlords looking to rent properties, the end to end service is outstanding and they make sure that both the landlord and the tenants receive a high standard of service. Martyn Gerrard value the importance of relationship management both with landlords and tenants.
