We have stayed here twice now, one cabin was perfect, the other not so much. To clarify, the cabins are individually owned, so my rating is based more on the park overall and our experience there than the individual cabin. As far as the cabins go, on both occasions they were very clean and well presented - this is managed by the park staff as opposed to the individual cabin owners. The first time we visited the cabin was perfect, I'm all ways. The second time we had a number of issues despite the clean and tidy welcome. The fridge packed up whilst we were there, we had issues with the oven and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. As I say though, the first time we went we had ZERO problems or complaints, so it is luck of the draw as to whose cabin you stay in, my suggestion is read individual cabin reviews when booking. Back to the park as a whole - it is clean, well presented and has some lovely views depending on which cabin you are in. There is a great little shop for basic amenities such as bread, milk, eggs etc too. The staff are very helpful and on the occasion we visited and had issues with the oven, fridge etc, they contacted us back within 10 minutes of calling with a plan and had us up and running again ASAP.
So to summarise, the park itself is lovely and a great base location for a holiday / family break. The staff and amenities are great, it is clean and well presented, there are some nice views etc depending on which cabin you stay in. My only negative was the individual second cabin which I think the particular owner of could do with Investing in some new mattresses/repair the issues within the cabin etc.
I strongly recommend the park overall, but also recommend you thoroughly research / read reviews on the particular cabin(s) there you are considering staying in before choosing.
For reference, I travelled with my wife and three young kids, and we intend to visit again next year (but not in the cabin we went in most recently!).

Lovely park, but in the middle of nowhere, can't go walking as there is no pathways , as the roads are very busy main roads, so need a car or catch the bus, the bus stop is right outside, but we waited over 55 minutes for a bus.

It's hard to score this place. Absolutely amazing accommodation! Had everything we needed and more. The area is remote but saying that it's only a short drive to Ilfracombe. I feel it would be better if there was an onsite shop . But our overall experience was great ????

Stayed at Surf Lodge. It has 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 kids.
It has everything we need except the washing machines where you have to hire laundrette nearby.
It is within 30 minutes driving to the the main tourist attractions ( Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Combe Martin etc.)

Stayed in a lodge (let through AirBnB) with 3 bedrooms for 2 weeks. The lodge is Lovely and has eveything we need. There is no wifi but the owner is sorting it as the Park has stopped providing wifi.
It's a shame the shop on site has closed as its in the middle of nowhere and you need a car or a journey by bus to the nearest supermarket.
The launderette on site is decent but gets busy.
Tried walking into Ifracombe but there are no pavements and so felt very unsafe. No footpaths that we have seen from this place.
The depot eatery is next door but is ~£15 a meal.

Be careful if you are buying a caravan from Mullacott Park - be sure to sign some paperwork if purchasing a caravan and make sure you look after yourself!

This is the perfect location to be at to explore North Devon and Exmoor. The site is only a moment from Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Barnstaple etc and only 20mins from my favourite spot at Lynmouth. The sea appears on the horizon everywhere you turn, and yet the site itself is wrapped in greenery and peaceful aside from the twittering of birds.
