My London Home was the agent for the flat I am buying. I messaged them through Rightmove on a Sunday and got a near immediate response back from Danny Taylor (one of their Property Brokers). We then arranged a viewing for the following day. By the end of the week my offer had been accepted (STC) and the property was taken off the market. Danny pushed everything along without being "salesy".
