Wendy Gould managed by property sale for a second time, and unsprinsingly, she was amazing in ensuring the sales both progressed, and kept everybody involved honest. The transparency throughout the process was fantastic and eventhough there were road bumps she was superb in always keeping communication lines open and clear and driving us forward. We have recently sold our flat at St George Wharf via MyLondonHome. Ozi Salih led the sale and did an excellent job. His initial valuation was pretty accurate, and he was very proactive in maximising our chances of a sale and in getting us the best price in a slightly complicated situation with more than one potential buyer. Ozi is very friendly and good-humoured, and energetic. We would certainly sell again with him.

Do not recommend. Asked them for fully manage my property. They transfer it to a stirlingackroyd without my permission. The new company doesn’t even know my property is fully managed. Slow in response. Never response to me regarding discontinue the contract but will response to other emails ???????????. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Do not use their services. Awful and irresponsible.

Take weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.

Excellent service. I have sent an e-mail to the office yesterday (Sunday 25/06) late in the evening and had a response very promptly the next day. I was at work so was not able to take the call, so Emily kindly left me a voicemail as well as responded to my email. I believe it is a true reflection of excellent customer service. Thank you.
