AVOID!!! Honesty the worst company with the greediest people I’ve ever met. We lived in a house on a 12 month tenancy. Within 6 months they had told us that the rent would go up £200 after the 12 month agreement. When it came to it they had then said that we would be evicted if we didn’t pay £400 extra a month. So we agreed to pay it as long as they wouldn’t take us to court. So 4 months later after paying the extra monies we received a letter saying that we would be getting evicted within 2 months. I have 2 children under 5 and they did not care that we would be homeless regardless of how much money we pay! HORRIBLE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE GREEDY. EVIL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!

WARNING: If you are looking for sitting tenants, this is the estate agent for you. They have been worse than useless and their referencing agency leaves a lot to be desired. Unhelpful, unprofessional and unreliable.

I recently let my Property through NEON Barkingside. My primary point of contact was callum who provided an exceptional service. He kept us fully informed throughout the process, and his vast knowledge and experience of the property sector was clear to see. This allowed us to market the property at the correct price and we are extremely happy to have our new tenants in place. The entire process from start to finish was handled with the utmost professionalism by the entire team at neon.
I look forward to working with Callum and the rest of the team in managing my rental property and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone.

As a landlord I am very happy with the service and had great association with Neon over the last few years. I have found them very professional and reliable. The have always found the most suitable tenants for my properties and have never had an issues with letting my properties with them.

neon estates is a disgusting and absolutely unprofessional company. Callum took a 249 pound holding deposit from me without telling me it was non refundable he then went on to ignore me for 5 days. I called the office a number of times and was told I would receive a call back which I didn't. I finally got through to Callum at neon estates only to tell me I didn't get the property and he will be keeping my deposit. I paid 249 to this company for them to do absolutely nothing they took money and ignored my calls then told me it's non refundable. I will be taking this to the property ombudsman and leaving reviews everywhere to let people know NOT to use this FRAUDULENT company!

Great experience from start to finish. Our mortgage advisor had our best interests at heart and was not pushy in any way. He made us feel very comfortable, gave us great advice and was very quick at retrieving quotes - keeping us updated every step of the way. Would highly recommend NEON to my friends and family.

Really bad experience working with this letting agency. I had registered for a property. I was told that they don't have the keys. I would get the viewing details as soon as they get the key. Then I followed that for 2 weeks with the same response from them. In the list that they had I was at number 2. Then today when I asked. The response is that the property has been let. I asked about why I didn't get the call for viewing and the response was somebody goofed up and they have let the person go. Really annoying to hear when you are on the list and they don't even call for a viewing. And it's not like I was the 100th person for that. Really puts a question mark on the professionalism of the people working there and the way they handle things. I would probably not recommended them even to my worst enemies. And the feeling that I got when I talked to the reps there is not what I would see in a civilized society.
