Chris Rawlings has been great! We visited Bairstow Eves in Barkingside and he was very knowledgeable with regards to the location of my mother’s property and explained the pros and cons, whilst considering the value. Mr Rawlings arranged an appointment and visited my mother’s property, giving an honest valuation in a clear and concise manner, which my mum could understand - no ‘gift of the gab’ approach. He advised her on the best way to prepare the property for photographs and remove clutter, in order to make the apartment more attractive to potential buyers. A very pleasant gentleman. :))...
