Pretty good company, we had a pleasant experience with them. They are usually responsive to urgent stuff but might take a while with urgent maintenance issues, which could be improved.

Me and my flatmates have been struggling to find a flat for a couple of months. I have contacted new lettings and they have been a great help. Francisco especially has helped me arrange viewings fast and provided me with all the detailed i needed to know. He has been a great communicator and very understanding. He managed to find us a flat at the priced and location we wanted and we are all beyond happy!

I am writing this review just to mention how much we enjoyed working with Fransisco. Fransisco was super-helpful, had a clear and friendly communication style, and we couldnt' have asked for a better agent to help us. We didn't end up renting a property through Net Lettings in the end since we went for another flat, but I'll definitely seek out to speak to Fransisco next time I am looking to move!!

They haven’t return our deposit , they don’t repair things in time , try to avoid them!
If you need them , they pass you from 1 colleague to another and they not sort out your problem . We had a really bad experience with them .
We are still waiting for our deposit to get returned.

I was searching for listings on Zoopla and reached out to several agents from other agencies and did not receive a single response! Fortunately, an agent from Net Lettings, Gaurav was the only one who actually responded to me and suggested a new listing as the one I wanted was no longer available. From there, he was able to get me started on the leasing process as he was aware of my urgency (moving from US that same week). He walked me through a virtual tour within the same day and a few days later when I arrived, he helped me collect the keys to the apt and even assisted me with my super heavy luggage! He’s very responsive and sincere. Would highly recommend working with him!

Terribly unprofessional compared to other agencies, who have always confirmed the viewings with an email or at least a text. The agent repied to my enquiry a week later asking if I was available to arrange a viewing. Then, he never came back to me and he never turned up for the viewing. When I called him, he told me that the flat was let the previous day and that he never confirmed the viewing. Absolute unprofessionalism!

I have been looking for studios to rent in East London and Gaurav called me within 24 hours of me making an enquiry on one. The flat I enquired about ended up being unavailable, but Gaurav swiftly sent me other options that were well suited to what I was looking for. We arranged viewings within a couple of days and Gaurav was wonderful! Very professional, yet personable and attentive. He was on time, engaged and actually looked like he wanted to be at the viewing which cannot be said for many estate agents! He has also been extremely responsive which is a breath of fresh air! I have now secured a new studio flat which is absolutely stunning and have no doubt that I will be in safe hands in terms of management and maintenance. Thanks for everything Gaurav! :-)

Have you noticed how there are loads of favourable reviews on google and yet the few bad ones have between 5-10 likes? Pretty sure they are creating fake reviews. From the people we've spoken to in our building, everyone agrees they are useless!

The one star / only positive with them is that they were very swift during the move in process (sending over contracts etc.) but as soon as the contracts were signed the service dropped. We didn't receive the keys to our mail box until 3 months in. My heater stopped working during the 2nd half of the tenancy and was never fixed. I had to switch my tenancy half way through the year due to work and was given the wrong information by the landlord, resulting in me loosing a potential tenant not being able to switch my tenancy. When I complained about this, I was told I had no right to complain and they even threatened to prevent me from moving due to my contract with them. I have previously lived in student houses (paying much less rent and agency fees) with lovely and efficient landlords and agents. Though this property was more expensive, the service was appalling and throughly disappointing. I don't typically leave reviews, much less negative reviews, but I feel like people need to know about this. They have quite good ratings because they ask tenants to give them a 5* review upon moving in, which we also did (and it's still up there), but after the experience with them, I have to say it was honestly the worst experience I've had with an agency.

Terrible service. Called over 10 times across the space of a week, enquiring to view two different flats. Every time I was told I should expect a call back later today or that I should call back later as the agents are in a meeting. Would highly recommend avoiding this agency.

I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism shown by Net Lettings when renting out my portfolio of properties. I feel at ease knowing that the management of my properties is in safe hands. Rent is always collected and paid promptly. Any miscellaneous costs are always discussed and agreed beforehand. This is an important point for me. They have always found tenants of a good quality meaning there is less work for me to do after the tenancy expires. Their excellent service coupled with their deep knowledge of the local market means that I would highly recommend Net Lettings to any landlord or tenant.

UNPROFESSIONAL ! My friend and I move to London and didn't know the town. We were looking for a flat for 6 months. First Gaurav didn't come for the view (we waited him 30 minutes). And the day after, he puts pression under us to take a flat the day of the view (pretending he has other people that want to take it). Then he called us 8 times to made a payment, and when we told him we were not sure to take it, he became furious. This is not professional, he tried to take benefit of our young age and our lack of knowledge.
This is the worse experience with a real estate agent in London specially when you don't know anything in this country.

First rate service throughout. Having met With Jag, Gaurav and Jess from Net lettings any concerns my partner and I had about our search for a house quickly disappeared. Throughout the process the team were friendly, informative and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. Gaurav was brilliant in assisting us to find the perfect place that suited our requirements and budget. From then on the process was quick and easy, and I would defiantly recommend them to any potential tenant.

I have had my property let and managed by Net Lettings since 2012. Have received every step of the way a high quality and professional level of service. They took care of the complete end to end process of a tenancy agreement, which left me to focus without stress on other business affairs. We’ve had a very good experience with Net Lettings. We rented a 3-bedroom apartment from them in central London (near Liverpool St., E1) and stayed for two years. One of the things that sets them apart is that they appreciate long term tenants - you could tell that they wanted us to be happy throughout our stay so it really felt like home.
The flat itself was finished to a very high standard, including two bathrooms, modern kitchen with a large gas hob, dishwasher, inbuilt dimmable lights throughout and nice modern furniture. For the size and the location the price was definitely very competitive.
Their property manager Jag was always there for us, even on the weekends. I think he works like 24/7. Whenever we had any questions or issues we received an answer the same day and everything got solved quickly. We would definitely rent from them again. If we weren’t moving abroad, we would stay.
5 stars without hesitation!

After being messed around by local agents, the negotiator Gaurav was very helpful with the whole process. Right from the viewing we were dealt with a very professional manner and the offer went very smoothly. The property manager Jag is also very knowledgable and helpful. The whole team did a wonderful job to help us with this transition. Definitely Recommend them.

I would highly recommend Net Lettings. I am an overseas landlord and it was important that i could work with an agent that i can trust. They have provided me an exceptional service so far. The manager's knowledge of the industry is second to none and provided us with some great advice. Once the property was instructed to them they found a corporate tenant within 3 days. The whole process was made so simple by their helpful team . I would definitely recommend them. 5 Stars.

My partner and I rented out our property through Net Lettings. We dealt with Gaurav and Jag throughout the process. We found them professional and knowledgeable. We had a concern about the rental value, however, after speaking with the team we were assisted with making a decision to decrease the rent slightly to accommodate the current market. After two days the property was successfully rented out. Same tenants have been there for their second year now. Fees were competitive, and the service was in line with the larger agents in the area.

1st agent called me to book an appointment but unfortunately I've had to wait him to call me back cause friend was calling on other line...
2nd wasted my time cause didn't tell me on viewing I need to bring passports - I did tell him day before on viewing I'll bring ID and he didn't remember he needs passports?
3rd doing problems cause few other people who will be moving in - members of my family - they didn't come for viewing...
