Jesse Oteri was really helpful and answered my questions whenever needed even though he’s not actually managing our property. My experience with the agency as a whole hasn’t been as good since responsiveness is slow, the flat we just moved into had various issues and communication has been generally difficult. Despite that, it’s worth pointing out Jesse’s helpfulness throughout the process when at times he really didn’t even have to given he wasn’t the one actually responsible.
