We found Jesse Oteri really helpful and super easy to communicate with. He was very responsive and, although we didn't end up going with a property through Ludlow Thompson, I almost wished we had as he was just so lovely and a pleasure to speak to. He seemed to genuinely care about us finding a property that worked for us, as I'm sure he would be about finding any landlord a prospective tenant.

I felt that Roy was exceptional in the manner in which he conducted the viewings (to purchase). He gave me all the time I needed and gave care to my detailed questions Nothing was hurried and he knew exactly when to step back and give time for me to take things in on my own. He had an excellent rapport with the occupant of the property who was there during the viewings. This added to the fact the the experience of viewing the property was relaxed yet highly informative.

I can’t even begin to articulate the help, care and consideration I received from Jesse. Often people seem to rush by your needs and questions in order to wrap up the conversation and end the call but Jesse was patient and tolerant to my endless bombardment of questions. He showed sincere care, ensuring he listened carefully to all of my needs and requirements and took my information and reassuring me he would do his upmost to ensure he did as much as he could to help me find a property.
