Selling a property can be the most stressful.things in life But I must say the professional service that Francis Rice has given me has been impeccable and friendly. His attitude is what the market needs and Francis is amazing.He is highly professional, understanding and caring. He keeps me fully inform of progress regards to solicitors and buyer.
Foxtons focus is heavily on sales. Once you sign the lease, there's extremely low quality of service. Their maintenance on the serviced apartments is extremely slow and ineffective. Just not good enough. JUST AVOID FOXTONS!

Quite poor service for tenants -
1) Communication is really slow and sometimes confusing.
2) They tried to make us paying for damages in the property which were already there before we checked in and that were reported in the inventory
3) They tried to make us paying for a sofa they bought (and they forgot about it)
4) Watch up for clause 4.1.5 as they will make you pay at the end of the tenancy an initially undisclosed fee for "preparation for checkout". In our case it was 100 pounds.
5) they hire bad contractors for fixing problems in the house. Our windows were poorly fixed 4 times and systematically broke again.

Jody has helped me through different requests, one being in need of a gate remote to access a car park which was something I needed quite promptly! Jody would always be attentive and reply to my queries in no time! Jody showed amazing communication by always keeping me updated on the ongoings of the request and done everything to help the process move quickly to enable me to use my car park space which was exactly what I needed! I couldn’t of asked for a better person to deal with my request as my needs where met outstandingly.
Jody is a lovely lady l and I’m glad to have her as my property manager! Thank you for all you do x
Very professional until the day we moved in!
Our move went very smooth and they assured us in moving in as quickly as possible which was important for us
They have arranged for our entry on a Sunday!
However after that we discovered that all the tenants in the building had some issues with their flats (normal in a new build) and Complete were not helpful at all.
We are now in our flat since 2 months and they have been responding to our emails just keep saying that they are on the case, and keep saying the same thing over and over again.
I would not recommend them at all
All of the events I've been to at O2 were enjoyable. The suites and VIP boxes are great as well in terms of the food drinks and services. Highly recommended!
It's better to hang out a bit longer in the pubs/clubs after any big events as the traffic/ queue for the tube is always horrendous....
Awful. Turned up, joined an enormous queue for a horrifically overpriced beer. Found our seats - tiny. I'm not a big chap but I was squashed into a tiny space and spent a large chunk of the show kicking the bloke in front of me any time I so much as passed wind. Once the performance started - twenty minutes late - popped out to get a beer, hoping the queues would be less. The bars all shut until the interval when the queues were again unholy. I gave up on the beer. Finally had to leave the show before it finished the late start meant it over-ran, and were in danger of missing the last train home.
Seriously disappointed with this place. Ninety quid for two tickets to sit jammed into a tiny seat, unable to get a drink or even watch the whole show. It really isn't worth it, I can't see what could entice me back here, any other venue will be preferable.
I would like to write a review for City Realtor as well as a response for the negative review left by Jack.
I have been renting a room through City Realtor since October 2016 and I decided to leave my contract early to move away for a few months. Because I wanted to leave my contract early I needed to find a replacement for my room. I showed my room and the flat to Jack advising that there were other people that have viewed the room before him and they had said they were interested. So, if he was interested he would need to contact the agency as soon as possible to see if the room is still available for rent or if anyone had placed a deposit to secure the room. Unfortunately for him, a previous viewer had already shown their interest so their application was processed first. The replacement, if suitable, is chosen on a first come first serve basis.
My experience with City Realtor has been a breeze and very pleasant. Sam initially showed me around the flat explaining everything I needed to know for a first time renter. He immediately put me at ease and talked me through the whole process. When I went to the office to sign the contact, the agent read through the contract with me and explained any questions I had. One thing I really liked about the agency is that they made sure everyone in the flat was suitable for each other. We were all around the same age, quite sociable and it made it a really nice environment.
Throughout my stay with the agency, all of the staff have been super helpful with any query that we have asked or emailed them and any problems that we had throughout the flat were fixed as soon as we notified them.
When I return to London I will definitely be using this agency again and I personally recommend using City Realtor when looking for a place to rent. A very trustworthy and helpful company that are down to earth and provide and excellent service.
Extortionate agency fees, terrible conditions. My room was totally damp. This agency will take absolutely everything they can get. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Tony who is consistently going above and beyond! I’ve recently moved into a new property via Ludlow Thompson and I was highly impressed by Tony’s professionalism and speed. All the paper work was completed in 2 months and I was ready to move in quickly. Tony made the whole process as painless as possible and he continues to be extremely responsive and helpful. I could not recommend Ludlow Thompson, and Tony in particular, highly enough.
Never ever go with this agency. Only if I could give a 0. Or negative.
They will make everything so complicated and never ending that you feel frustrated and humiliated. They lied to us multiple occasions and mislead us several times.
The last thing that they tried is to charge us 150£ for turning the heating on. Although we told them there is nothing wrong with the heating, the knobs are missing from the radiators and we need help. They said it is not their responsibility to help us.... Worst agency I have ever been with.
I still have no heating...
