Dovile and Fiona did't reply to our messages when our boiler stopped working this winter - they didn't reply when our neighbor complained about having water dropping from their ceiling - They prevent other services (repair and inspection contractors) to do their work properly by providing them with incomplete set of keys.

I can recommend Jonathan and his team in the Hamptons Shad Thames office to anyone wanting a professional, proactive service, well above the other agents we experienced in the area. Jonathan in particular goes the extra 100 miles to really help landlords ensure their tenants are happy. He works both ends in a seamless way and I have not experienced this completely beyond-the-call-of-duty experience from any other agent we have dealt with in London. He is an excellent operator.
We had an issue shortly after moving into our new house, whereby a vehicle was abandoned in our parking space. Hamptons (particularly Ameesha in London Bridge branch) sorted this with utmost professionalism. They guided us through the difficult process involved, and kept us updated constantly on the goings on. With having to contact the council/building management and the landlord on may occasions, this was far from an easy case to deal with. However Hamptons were exemplary. Thanks Ameesha!
My experience with Peach has been smooth and straight forward. Sam and chris were very professional and got me the full asking price in just over a week of marketing. The whole process was made easy with their support advise.
Management service very prompt with dealing with any issues, Nancy is always quick to respond.

Quite poor service for tenants -
1) Communication is really slow and sometimes confusing.
2) They tried to make us paying for damages in the property which were already there before we checked in and that were reported in the inventory
3) They tried to make us paying for a sofa they bought (and they forgot about it)
4) Watch up for clause 4.1.5 as they will make you pay at the end of the tenancy an initially undisclosed fee for "preparation for checkout". In our case it was 100 pounds.
5) they hire bad contractors for fixing problems in the house. Our windows were poorly fixed 4 times and systematically broke again.
Elizabeth Marshall was more than helpful when I was researching a flat. She is very patient, attentive to your needs, polite and professional. Elizabeth guided me very smoothly through the stressful and complex rental process, and she always indulged me with enthusiasm, kindness and a smile!
Be warned if thinking of selling with this agency. They told us they had a cash buyer, who had given a £5000 deposit to secure the property and complete in 30 days. It sounded too good to be true, and it was. The buyer pulled out, and it turned out there was no deposit or help from the agency to pursue it. I know estate agents have a bad reputation but I always had good experiences before with other agents. We will now report them to the ombudsman.

I have been a tenant with them. They were really a poor managing agency. Very rude, prone to take money from you and blaming you for anything.
Unfortunately when I became a landlord, I had the weakness to let them rent my property because I was short of time.
They are absolutely incompetent. They have charged me for some safety work which has never been done and it took me 6 months for them to recognise their mistake and to give me the money back.
They are very poor responders to email or phone call.
The worst came when my tenants wanted to move out. They have lost the set of keys they were holding so no prospective tenant could visit the flat.
They don t organise the inventory check out for you which make it very stressful for a landlord living abroad.
Now they want to give me back my deposit 3 months after my tenants have moved out to make sure that they have sufficient fund !
Tenants and Landlords, don t use Hastings International in London.
They are completely incompetent and unethical.
