Great customer service from Olivia at NRP. I phoned in looking for an in-depth valuation and was offered an appointment as soon as possible. After the viewing, Olivia then followed up with a detailed email listing everything we had discussed and clear points of the next steps moving forward.

I was New Roots 1st client. I decided to go with my gut and choose New Roots. This was purely based on Laura. My property is semi commercial quite unique and difficult to value. Laura was enthusiastic and brilliant in her approach to marketing. She was adament in using only the best photographer and Ross captured the property perfectly. Laura has never failed to be consistent in communication. As far as I'm concerned, Laura is the perfect estate agent.
