I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

We had a rather difficult process, lasting 12 months, with several hiccups. Reid & Roberts were there at every step of the way to reassure and advise us. 4th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)All staff at Town and Country, Chester, are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I tested them out before I put our property with them, pretending to be a purchaser and they passed with flying colours! They send an email and texts of viewing details, including the names of the viewers and give feedback following each viewing. They've kept me fully informed each step if the way. We currently are going through the sale at a price we were satisfied with. I'd definitely recommend them to others. In fact, my niece sold her property the day after she'd put hers on the market.

16th May 2022 (2 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

They have been brilliant with their service, always ensured my property was renting out for the market rate. Over the years it has been empty for only 6 months over the pandemic. Highly recommend their flawless service, communication and competitive rates.
