What an absolute shambles of a company. Booked a viewing on mold road for 1530 today having to send my parents whilst I am away on duty. My parents turn up with plenty of time to spare after 30 mins no one has turned up or even answers the door at the property. After calling the estate agents I go through to a lady working from her kitchen table telling me she is just a hub and the office is closed, but I will send an urgent request. So just to round this up for anyone who is reading this means, she will send an urgent request by email to an office that is closed and won't open until Monday for someone to contact me and to meet my parents. We'll unfortunately they forgot to take the tent. Well I know nothing will be done to make amends for the travel time and costs for my parents; but anyone thinking of buying or selling a property with this circus act be warned you may be waiting a while. Kind of explains also why the property I was interested in has been on the market for over 5 months now. Make your own minds up but first impressions go along way.
