Having received a quote from the local franchised Ford garage that insisted I needed a new DPF and catalytic converter (because a mount hook had corroded on the back box) and couldn't do the work for at least 3 weeks - Regency Auto's replaced only the needed parts for 1/10th the price that day. Very happy with the work done and honesty - will strongly recommend to anybody who asks.

personally I wouldn't go anywhere else . Everything offered and done under one roof . just serviced and re-mapped my BMW well its never driven so Good !! honest professional garage that offer the best all round service great job guys !!

Regency remapped my car and did 4 wheel alignment. I have owned my car for 4 years now from new and it has never driven as well as it does now after the remap and wheel alignment! The best part is they done it at a really reasonable price compared to the prices I have been paying at the BMW dealer. 10 stars!

Regency Autos Remapped my car today and I cannot believe how different the car feels! They were so quick and efficient and even managed to squeeze a 4 wheel alignment after F1 autocentres and Halfords could not manage to get it right even after 2 attempts each. One happy car and one happy customer!

Went for an MOT failed on everything they could. Just trying to take advantage of my partners lack of knowledge on cars. Took to another garage that advised half of the things they failed on where advisory at best. Saved half on the work through a reputable garage...

Second time I've taken my car to Regency and both times the problems have been rectified quickly and efficiently. The staff are professional, friendly and I was kept updated with the status of the repairs. Highly recommend!!

Great service from Regency Autos; I had them setting up the carbs/timing/ignition advance curve on their rolling road for my classic Alfa with great results. Lee is very knowledgeable, and was importantly also very helpful with some follow-up questions I had to interpret the dyno results. Will go there again.

Had a rolling road tune carried out on my Jensen Healey. The sophisticated twin Dellorto carburettors was too much for a couple of other garages. Peter Baldwin on of the old school had that car singing after the session. He's great with other classical cars ????. Highly recommended ????.

I cannot thank this garage enough! After going to 3 garages for the same problem I was starting to loose hope in my car ever being fully fixed again. Regency Autos were so thorough in the investigation and diagnosis, they found broken wires that the other garages completely missed which fixed my car and stopped the engine light coming on. they even found the annoying nock that has been there for some time! wish i found this garage sooner

Really great place, I'd strongly recommend it. The team are really knowledgeable and helpful, clearly explaining things etc. Prices are always reasonable and I've never had any 'surprise charges' etc. Very trustworthy from my experience, they were recommended to be by word of mouth and I'm very glad!

Superb service from Lee and the rest of the team. Lee, had excellent communication skills regarding the problem with my car, he managed to spot something another mechanic had missed. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. I felt the prices were reasonable too, I will definitely be back and recommending them to my friends.

The car was picked up for service and mot about 9.40. I said that I was meant to finish at 12.00 but car not due to be returned until after 1600
I received a call at 11.55 to say they had pushed it through for me and would bring it back shortly. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend

Just collected my car from John at Regency Autos. My car went in with a severe oil leak, unidentified knocking when in motion. Cutting a long story short. The engine came out and discovered that the guy that restored my car had assembled it badly (Polite statement!), used old worn out parts and basically just thrown it together. I had suspected this but not to the extent we found. So, replacement primary gear, new drive shaft flanges clutch, steering rack etc and then put back together and set up correctly.
I honestly can’t believe how well this car drives, it’s now a true 1960 cooper S (Unbelievable, so precise, responsive and addictive!)
John was in contact with me constantly advising and making suggestions. My remit had been that I wanted a true 1960 Mini Cooper S and I wanted it done properly, I didn’t want to see any battle scares where the work had been carried out. Well John has exceeded all my expectations and I can’t thank him and his staff enough.
THANK YOU!
And finally, the cost was as we had discussed with no hidden surprises. I know that a lot more time went into this than I am probably aware of and I very much appreciate this.
Very highly recommended.

Had a very good few experiences at Regency autos, Richard on front desk was very friendly and helpful, great to chat with him, I had over filled my oil! (Stupid thing to do) Lee was brilliant!! Sorted it very quickly and made sure my car was safe to drive Very informative and a brilliant technicians would recommend to anyone and will be recommending in the future!!!

Visited Regency this morning to have my struggling classic mini tuned on the rolling road and was looked after by Lee. Two hours later this vehicle was transformed, smooth, responsive and a joy to drive. I have tried other so called 'experts' in the last three years to get the maximum out of my little car and none have come even close to Regency who, incidentally, were very reasonably priced as well. I travelled 160 miles from home and back which was well worth it. Fully recommended.

highly recommended. I have built a one off road/track car. Struggling with setting my custom rose jointed arms for vehicle tracking. Spoke to Lee deeghan about getting it sorted . Great equipment used. Lee made a fantastic job of the tracking car drives totally different. fantastic job thanks again

Good customer service and friendly staff. Nice little waiting area where you can watch your car on the screen having the mot. A good job was done on my fiat 500 and the car was left clean. The quote I had was reasonable compared with other garages. Will be using them again????

I have been king their services for 4 years now. They are absolutely professional and have care for their job..at times your booking from their website doesn't work very well (meaning that they email you saying that slot was already booked and offer you another slot maybe on a different day). They have a little waiting room in which you can see your care from a screen. overall I strongly recommend them.

These guys are the best. I have used them for over 10 years and they have never let me down. They haven't put a foot wrong. They have worked on my old bangers and my more recent performance cars along with most of my friends and families vehicles. Personally I think they are the best garage in Cambridge.

Visited this place yesterday by mistake. Should have gone next door to Toyota. However was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of their reception service. Seen straight away no waiting around. Information given to me very tactful - as it was my own fault went to wrong place. Reminds me how much l like the person to person service of a reception run as well as this. Think larger garages could learn from Regency and have an actual person on reception. Beats the large sterile spaces provided where you feel nothing happens very quickly. Well done chaps for your human approach and not making me feel a complete idiot. Like the touch of a large tin of sweets too, did have one!!!!!

We had our 1958 Austin healey re-tuned with Lee and Peter at regency autos, the car went in with 19bhp and was idling incorrectly, and came out with factory spec 53. The car has since been to France and back with hundreds of miles on the clock, no issue whatsoever. Very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

I've been using Regency Autos for around 6 years now and their service has always been 100% spot on. They keep my 3 vehicles in good order which is vital for my business to run smoothly. Communications/updates throughout the day from the mechanic are excellent and Regency are always swift to get the work done. Always polite, honest and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Wont take my car anywhere else john and the team are first class everytime. Just had EDT clean and instantly noticed the performance difference on leaving the garage. Now filled tank with petrol and fuel economy improved. If you have a full service get this done too.

We have been so impressed with the service and bills we receive from the team at Regency, we now send all our fleet vehicles here for whatever needs doing. Never been overcharged for anything and work has always been to the standard we would expect. Great bunch of lads and very professional outfit. Highly recommend to everyone.

I can’t praise these guys enough , I took my mk2 Escort Mexico in on a trailer because it was underivable, they worked their magic and explained what they were doing all the way through, total professionalism from start to finish, and I ended up leaving with a pinto engine running over 200bhp, massive thank you, I won’t use anyone else again.

By far the best garage in Cambridge! I was feeling really stressed as I had taken my car to two other garages in Cambridge prior to going to Regency and neither of them could find the problem. I took my car to Regency after being recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad I did! They were able to diagnose the mystery fault and offered me a free courtesy car whilst I waited. Great friendly team. Won't take my car anywhere else. Thanks Regency Autos!

Recently my vehicle had its MOT. Excellent Service from all of the team, especially Rob who was very pleasant on the phone when making the booking at a time that suited me. The MOT was completed on my car in a timely manner and it was nice to be able to watch my car being worked on from the waiting room. Would definitely recommend.

!DANGEROUS MECHANIC! Did not fit my clutch correctly which I paid 500 pounds for it went after 4 days which should NOT happen, unless it was deliberatly fitted badly so they could get more money which is disgusting. Do not EVER use this mechanic you cant gauruntee your car is safe when theyve fiddled with it.
Had to get a taxi from my breakdown place and the taxi driver said he replaced his van clutch at regency autos and a few days later his went TOO! SO THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY FITTING CLUTCHES BAD SO THEY BREAK AND YOU COME BACK AND SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY. Playing with peoples safety to get more money how filthy is that.

My Son had a terrible time here when he was eventually left outside with no working car! total bodged Lambda sensor install with exhaust resulting in wires from lambda sensor touching bodywork and shorting fuses. My Husband drove from London at short notice to assist in recovery whilst the mechanics just went home! Just for note my sons car was perfect before entering the garage as it was only an exhaust swap! The company even charged my son £148 for the privilege of messing his car up. Glad to report my husband rectified poor work the following day and is now contemplating Trading Standards!

superb service. quick efficient and the best all round garage in Cambridge. The new facilities at the new premises are main dealer level at a fraction of the price. I would also advise anyone to have a Terraclean with Regency Autos. the difference in my 2 cars after having a Terraclean was amazing.

Fantastic Service! Having recently had a terrible experience with another Garage I was feeling very disheartened about garages in general. Recency has restored my faith. They offered quick and efficient service and have done a fabulous job, as well as advising me on issues I was having with the previous Garage I used. I found them to be an exceptional company to deal with and am very pleased. I will use their services again!

So disappointed today with the engineers and the man claimed to be the owner of the company. I took my car for 'air leak test' and agreed that they will scan and perform smoke test to identify the leak for £60. I reeceived a call from them few hours later and was told they did the scan with no leak yet to be found and is £60. When i asked how about smoke test i was told that is going to cost me additional £60, £120 All together? They lied thlat no one made the agreement with me and also lied that the person I spoke to was gone , few minutes later he turned up from hiding into one of the rooms also denied saying that to me unbelievable!!
