Aleksandra Sawa from Martin & Co (Cambridge branch) was great throughout myself and my partner's process of finding a flat in Cambridge. I would 100% recommend her to anyone trying to find a flat in the area. She was always clear in communication, polite and willing to help answer any of our questions either on the phone or by email, and even gifted us a gift box of drinks and snacks when we picked up the keys for our new flat! The only issue we had throughout the process was a bit of an extended wait (a week or so) between paying our holding deposit and receiving the full contract to sign. However this was resolved quickly after a phone call to Aleksandra. Thanks Aleksandra for all your help!... Read more

Some of the agents on the phone are extremely passive-aggressive and not helpful at all, they wouldn't even let me finish a sentence and would just jump straight in with their British passive-aggressiveness. I understand that in the UK it's apparently ok to act like that but I thought Cambridge is an international city...... Read more

I rented a property through Martin and co for a year. I only have good things to say about every step of the process. My property manager (Tyler Auld) was efficient and very personable. As a tenant you can often feel like an estate agent is working for themselves and with just the landlords interests in mind, but I really felt like with Tyler / Martin and co, that as a tenant I was very well taken care of.
