A great experience as a tenant with this company for nearly 3 years. Always friendly, professional and quick to resolve any issues. Liason with the landlord was efficient too. Tenants and landlords at all budgets would be well served by using them - far better service than most of the high end providers!

Jonathon guided us through all the stages of our sale to completion with a proffessional and freindly reassurance. From the initial valuation and photographs,producing the EPC, through the numerous viewings to advice on selecting a buyer, nothing was too much trouble.
This was the third property Vincent Shaw have sold for us and we would definitely use them again.

Jonathon Myles has been the agent in charge of three of the multiple properties we have seen in the last weeks. On these occasions, Jonathon has always been very professional and knowledgeable of the properties' details. He has generously shared his knowledge on important aspects to look out for when considering a property to buy, which allowed us to make informed decisions.

I absolutely agree with the poor reviews that others have shared on Trustpilot. It looks like the issue with this agency is always the same: lack of assistance, delay in reply, rudeness, but most importantly renting out flats which do not match the health and safety requirements!
Just to list a few issues I encountered during my tenancy:
Firstly, I moved into a flat that should have been pro-cleaned but had even poo!!!
The maintenance issues never got sorted.
I had huge safety issues in the flat I rented out, and there has been not assistance from them. The agency ignored council claims and police reports, and never got to an agreement. They did not even apologised for what I went through.
Eventually I got off that flat and they made me continue to pay even though the flat was inhabitable.
Never had such a bad experience with any letting agency in the UK over the last 10 years! Not recommended at all!

Very pleased with these estate agents. They have been very helpful and professional. Extremely grateful to Alberto Maritano for his support throughout the renting process. You would not be disappointed if you use them. Nothing is too much trouble, they explain everything very clearly and they are very prompt in their responses as well. Thank you Vincent Shaw. My first experience of Vincent Shaw was in 2006 when buying my flat in Cambridge. Roy was the agent and he was great, along with the team. I've just sold the same property now in 2023 and dealt with Jonathon. Jonathon was equally fantastic - honest, straight-forward, dedicated, friendly and responsive. I couldn't recommend him and Vincent Shaw more. A massive thank you to Jonathon for all his work and support during what is naturally a complicated and stressful process at the best of times.

Being An Agent , they are also part of finding houses to people who enquire with them. But, The worst reality that is happening is, They won't give priority to people who apply first even complete all the required criteria. The simple and easy way of rejecting Indian's Application is by "The Owner Chose Another Application, Sorry". And they never contact you. This is Not a Responsible Company should do. Such an Irresppnsible Real Estate Agent Companies in UK.....

Very happy indeed with my experience as a tenant. Vincent Shaw (in particular, Christianne) have always been professional and clear, with a reassuringly close attention to detail. Their approach has never been other than friendly and human, both in routine interactions and in their support in managing and resolving any issues that have arisen.
