If you are going to buy a property through this agent be very cautious. I have recently had a very unpleasant experience, leaving me feeling ill and £1,000 out of pocket. I was in the process of buying a property through them, which should have been straight forward, as it was a short chain. However the vendor hadn't provided the correct documentation for building work, so things dragged on. I lost my buyer through unseen circumstances, but within a week of this happening found another cash buyer. The agent wouldn't even give me the grace of a few days to find another buyer and resold the property to someone else.

Responding to S.Jabeans poor review.
This gentleman attempted a last minute reduction in price by several thousand pounds which we advised our client to decline. It is our policy to always achieve the best price and outcome for all of our customers.
Mr Jabean wasn't very happy, hence the bad review. Our Lawyers will be suing him for damages.

Liar, Dishonest, and Bully.
we been sold a property by this agent and from the start of the process there was nothing but dishonesty and lies.
emails, text & voice messages, and recorded phone calls are all full of contradictions lies and bullying.
Avoid Nicson and Skitts (they are the same company).
you might say: you are an adult and shouldn't have allowed them to bully you. Well I totally agree and if we could rewind time we wouldn't have gone ahead with the purchase or allowed this agent to bully us into accepting something we should have said no for.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Nicson. The valuation was explained with rationale and market conditions and proved accurate. We had early interest which showed that the marketing was effective. We showed the property and the sale was successful. We have seen that people are increasingly using online searches and comparisons and believe the efficiency and cost savings are important. We recommend this business.
