What could have been a stressful and difficult experience was simple and stress free thanks to the professionalism and personal touch shown by Ian and his team. When we initially sought an agent to handle the potential rental of our property Ian Perks was the stand out candidate and so when we decided to sell we already knew we had the man for the job and you certainly delivered on our hopes and expectations. Your personal touch, experience and professionalism was outstanding and the team you put in place for us all shared these marvellous qualities. A true gentleman of high morals and values.
