10th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)A few years ago, when my partner and I were looking to rent a property, I had an experience with this company that has stayed with me ever since. During the process, a woman named Gina was holding my passport and asked me whether I was a British citizen after I had simply asked for clarification about something. What made this particularly upsetting was that my partner, who was with me at the time, was not asked the same question. He is white, and I was left feeling singled out, belittled, and judged. When I later raised this concern, I was told this was part of a right to rent check. However, that explanation did not address why I was the only one asked in that way. Right to rent checks should be applied fairly and consistently, and this interaction did not feel fair or professional to me. Years later, I still remember how uncomfortable and diminished that experience made me feel. I am sharing this because I think people deserve to know how they may be treated, especially if they are from an ethnic minority background. I hope the company reflects on how these checks are carried out and ensures that no one else is made to feel this way.

We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

From the very beginning, she kept us fully informed and made sure we always knew what was happening at each stage of the process. Her communication was excellent, and she worked hard to keep everything moving quickly, which was really important to us. What could have been a stressful experience felt smooth and well-managed thanks to her professionalism and dedication. 14th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)I hope i could give 0 star, Extremely disappointing experience. Communication has been consistently poor throughout my tenancy. I have made multiple attempts over several weeks via emails and calls, but responses have either been delayed or completely ignored. There has been a lack of clarity and professionalism when handling key matters such as tenancy closure, invoices, and deposit-related queries. Even when incorrect information was raised (such as an inaccurate invoice), no timely action was taken to correct it. As a tenant with time-sensitive circumstances, I expected at least basic responsiveness and accountability, which unfortunately has not been the case. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience due to the lack of communication and support. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
