AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Would not recommend to anyone! Awful landlord did NOT help with the mould situation I had going on at the time and the leakage through the roof, complained to the landlord multiple of times but nothing got sorted and only to be told to put the heating on and keep windows open in which it cost loads of money to have the heating on with having an immersion heater which the estate agents "didnt even know was there?" ???? The EPC rating at the property I was staying at was rated as an E which is illegal to rent a place which is rated an E or below hence why the property was so bad and which went out of date whilst I was living there. Was also promised a parking space outside the property but wasnt told you have to pay for a parking permit so therefore I had no where to park. So I'd advise everyone to avoid these at all cost!! The landlord does NOT look after his tenants what so ever!... Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I wouldnt even rate them 1 star. Shame its not possible to give none. They will give you a contract advising they will protect your deposit but wont and then say its the responsibility of the landlord. Head office will not get in contact regarding the issue even after sending 2 letters and numerous phone calls, and now about to send letter 3. I feel sorry for the frontline staff who have been dealing with the issue and both people who were dealing with the case so far have left and one had mentioned this was due to the company conditions and environment using situations like mine as the prime factor. Its clear the issues lay within their head office who will not accept responsibilty for their actions and have continued to ignore me since this was brought to their attention.... Read more

Very competitive rate, courteous and professional staff throughout the sale process. House details beautifully presented and Nightingales took the time to thoroughly understand our property. As a result, house went on the market on Monday sold on first viewing by the following Tuesday. The whole process was hassle free and we were continually updated on the progress of our sale by Nightingale staff, great service!
