Ashlea from the sales team has been brilliant, she has sent weekly updates on how far we are through the process. She has responded to emails quickly and sorted solicitor for updates. Great communication and helped us understand the process.

My experience of selling and buying through Saxons on the Boulevard has been brilliant. They are by far the best agents in the town and Josh went out of his way to make sure everything went through smoothly. He was proactive, professional and excellent and I couldn’t recommend him more. Anne and Tony were amazing too. They made my move a really good experience.

Ryan Davies sold our flat during the lockdown and did everything in his power to make sure it went smoothly considering the state of house selling/buying at the time.
Ryan went to great lengths to make sure the house showings and communication between us and the buyers was none intrusive and friendly. Couldn’t recommend him enough and will 100% be using him again when we look for our new property!

We used Saxons to sell our flat and went through Josh Barton and Ryan. The flat was sold subject to contract within a week of it being on the market at the highest possible price. Both were very helpful and professional throughout, helping with any questions or problems that came up. Couldn’t of been better and wouldn’t use any other estate agent. Couldn’t recommend more!
