They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manage wearing his fab Christmas jumpe ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. Thank you west coast and I hope you enjoyed your team Christmas meal that day. Sorry for the late review but thank you for your help.

We havent rented through them before but its been such a positive experience so far - Got through to Charlotte G and from booking the viewing, to handling all paperwork and enquiries thereafter, she's made the whole thing super smooth and easy. Nice fast replies, all questions answered, really lovely attitude. We feel like we're in good hands and it's taken all the stress out of it. Thanks :)

We had 6 valuations from local estate agents, and knew straight away that Harris & Lee were the team for us. They were brilliant throughout. Not all all pushy or annoying. The were organised, honest, polite and friendly, respectful of our property and our time. Our sale went smoothly. We’re really grateful. We completely trusted them and it paid off. Thank you Sarah, Adam, Maisie, Jack, Kate, Jamie and Lee.

She was friendly and professional and put us at our ease straight away. Questions throughout the process were answered in a timely fashion. Picking up the keys was hassle free and efficiently done. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If she didn’t know an answer to our questions she got back to us that day with the answer. Thank you Maisy .
28th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Advertised and sold within a week, second viewing. We then couldn’t find anything that met our needs and the sale dragged on. Started in July and we have just moved this week. The driving force behind the team in our experience is without doubt Jake. He has kept us updated and buoyed up throughout this stressful process, and even when he had his new family addition we felt supported. He is a well balanced and likeable man who with great patience got the job done. A credit to his profession.Of course he is supported by the rest of the staff who all appear to be to be aware of what is going on whenever called upon. Thanks to all.
2nd Aug 2024 (19 weeks ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

From the moment he arrived, he was polite and friendly, making the entire process comfortable. Aaron provided a thorough valuation of my house and presented a detailed comparison report that clearly explained his reasoning. Initially, I decided to go with another agent who valued my property higher. However, after only one viewing in a couple of months, I found myself having to reduce the price. This experience has made me reflect on my decision, and I now realise that Aaron's valuation was not only honest but also genuine. In hindsight, I appreciate Aaron's integrity and expertise, and I would confidently recommend him to others seeking property valuations. His approach and transparency truly stand out in a competitive market.
