9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I let out my house through Cooper & Tanner for a few years due to having to move away. From start to finish they were great. They made the process of getting the house ready for and finding tenants easy and smooth to understand. During the time they were always in continuous communication and also understanding of both tenants needs and mine. I would recommend for others to use their services.

They went out of their way to help and advise us and to get lots of people in to view our property - giving us guidance along the way on what would be helpful in the current market with the sale. Everyone in the office was kind, thoughtful and polite. You really feel like they have your back and want the best for you. They are also very knowledgeable and I trusted they knew what they were doing. We unfortunately lost our first buyer, because of their own circumstances and CJ Hole made sure we had advice about price etc and got viewings through the door again. A lovely team who I would highly recommend.

The team were knowledgeable about the local market, kept us updated regularly and were always available when needed. A special mention to Jack, who was tenacious throughout and kept us informed at all times. We really appreciated his proactiveness in keeping things moving and ensuring the sale stayed on track, which helped reduce a lot of the usual stress. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Despite a very stressful and uncertain situation due to delays on the seller’s side, Jordan has been brilliant from start to finish. As my mortgage adviser, he went above and beyond his role to help coordinate communication across different parties. Due to some communication challenges with another branch, he kindly stepped in and helped keep everything on track, which I really appreciated. He also worked closely with my lender to ensure everything was aligned, which gave me a lot of reassurance. He has been assisting communication between myself, my solicitor, and the seller’s side, always responding promptly and clearly. I really value that he never over-promised, but gave honest and realistic updates, which made a big difference during such an anxious time. While waiting for contract exchange and managing my moving arrangements, Jordan was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. His calm approach helped me stay grounded. No matter the final outcome, I truly appreciate all his effort. He is reliable, proactive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Avery's came to our rescue when we weren't getting the level of service we wanted from another agent (not informing us of visits and repeatedly and quickly suggesting we lowered the price) and we noticed an immediate positive impact. Their automated system emailed us about every visit and they always gave an update after. Jo was very friendly and professional with viewing details and updates. Daran has a wealth of experience, knows Weston like nobody else, was understanding, professional and positive. Avery's have been we easy to deal with including the ladies in the office who took messages which were always actioned. We sold within 5 months. Thank you all.

Specifically, Peter from the Taunton branch was my representative and overlooked my purchase. Right from the first viewing of the property, Peter was accomodating, informative, and very open to answering my questions. Throughout the entire process, Peter was timely in responding to my emails and requests for information. He assisted with chasing the seller's solicitors when needed, which was immensely helpful in expediting the process and keeping things moving forward smoothly. 27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sarah, Adam and team have recently sold 2 houses for us, one was a nightmare tried exchanging over 4 days, then ended up exchanging and completing on one day, well done guys, highly recommended they talked me through everything and when the chain got complicated on one, Sarah explained it in a email that was easy to understand. You won’t go wrong with them, just don’t use the cheapest solicitor, our solicitor was excellent, others on the chain hmm.

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
