Such a shame you cant give 0 star, 1 is too high! Shocking customer service! The worst I have ever received from anyone. The right doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Never get a call back even when told I will and constantly have to chase! Barbs doesn't even no what day of the week it is.... Read more

Moved in to our new property 3 months late as the house was not ready. Cost of property was good, build quality ok with internal finish average. Snagging list was extensive with some rather major problems (missing retaining wall, wrong shower which was only replaced by cutting holes in wall, floors requiring replacement, road required removing and relaying etc). Once you are in getting things fixed is hard. Continual emails with broken promises. They say they will fix something but never show up, when they do the quality of work is poor. If you are happy to live with an average finish and poor quality of service then you will be fine. We read up and knew what we were expecting.... Read more
