Being located in Australia myself, it made the process a little more complicated but Edward was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. A fantastic, kind and genuine bunch, really happy to help you, nothing is to much trouble Went over and beyond to help us sell our property with great advice whilst being so professional at all times. A difficult time for me as I was selling my parents house after losing them and they made it as stress free as possible, really smooth process and I couldn't rate them highly enough. Just to note our property wasn't really local either but we live local and that was never an issue. Sold promptly too with lots of viewings!

Over the last couple of years where we have had buyer after buyer drop out due to one reason or another you have always been there to help, reassure and advise us at all times. If you ask yourself, what is it, I want from an Estate Agent, I can assure you Property Ladder will tick those boxes.
I have recently had to sell my deceased parents’ property, it was not an easy transaction to complete, not only because it was the family home that I grew up in, but in the last few years the property was not as maintained as it once was.
Personally, I have used Property Ladder to sell my own properties, they have always remained professional, friendly, hilarious (in a good way) and honest, I can now add compassionate to that list.
They take their marketing seriously and once an offer has been accepted, they really do all the ground work for you with solicitors and the buyers.
Property Ladder really do know their market, and price accordingly, they advise on what you can do or not do to make your property more saleable. I did not want to do any viewings myself as it was too difficult for me, and I was happy for them to take ownership, and they kept me updated with every viewing and all feedback was given in a timely manner.
I really cannot fault them in any way, they communicated with me regularly through my preferred method, and Ben is the master communicator with Solicitors. Jenna and Laurence are marketing superstars and when they say the customer journey is important to them, they actually mean it. Clearly, they have good teachers in James and Ed.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Property Ladder in Norwich for all their help with the purchase of our new home in Norfolk. Jenna helped us loads with providing a lot of background information about the property. Ben spent well over a hour with our viewing and was a total professional when it came to help and answering our many questions. Edward was also exceptional when it came to specific issues to do with buying a park home and really went the extra mile to explain all we needed to know. Nothing was too much trouble and they are all very friendly people. Ben and Edward also worked very closely with our Estate Agent in Hertfordshire to co-ordinate the sale/purchase. Very highly recommended!

In our view Property Ladder stood head and shoulders above the other Estate Agents we contacted at the start of the process. We were impressed with their professionalism and high success rate selling houses in our area but even more importantly totally at ease with the way they operate. We felt very comfortable with James and his management style.
As the process developed our main point of contact was Ben and he carried on in same vein. It was always a pleasure speaking with him and he is very good at his job. Thank you Ben. You deserve high praise.
