Do not go with letsafe well thsts what they call themselves let unsafe do not care about their tenants until you raise multiple disputes and watch your damage deposit you will loose this with no guidance on why until you threaten with legal action... Read more

What an awful experience. Rang up to view a property, was asked to fill out an application first. Then told we couldn't have a viewing as the landlord didn't accept pets at all. Contacted the landlord directly 2 weeks later, who told me they were absolutely fine with us having pets. So rang again. Got a snotty attitude from Letsafe. It seemed more important to them they find out how I contacted the landlord. The question should be, why did I have to? Because of a blanket no pets policy the landlord didn't even know about? No apology offered from Letsafe. Booked a viewing, went, was told if we liked it to apply which we did within 2 hours of receiving the application. We were then told the next day it had been let! What an absolute waste of our time! Had it not been for the lie about pets being allowed we would have viewed & applied 2 weeks earlier. If I were a landlord I'd avoid them at all costs, they clearly have their own agenda passing up tenants before even presenting them to the landlord so they can collect more fees from them for finding tenants! All the meanwhile landlord is not only paying fees to them but council tax etc for an empty property. If I see a property in future let by Letsafe I'll be avoiding completely and any friends & family looking to rent will be warned of the same. If this is how you conduct yourselves I can only be thankful we never entered into a contract because from the word go you were completely unprofessional to deal with. God only knows what the tenants go through.... Read more

5 stars simply isn't high enough for this team. This was my first experience renting a property, and after having a few dealings with a few other local agents I wasn't optimistic at all, but Sean, Joanne and the team here have quite simply been amazing, and I am gutted I am not renting my new property through Letsafe. Nothing is a problem, all transactions are stress free and smooth, they always contact you back, and they are all an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I could give zero stars I would. Rented a place with this lot last year and I had nothing but bother from the start. Happy to take months in advance up front but did nothing in return other than fleece me for money. Do not rent through this agent as they tell you nothing but lies. Letsafe have been my landlord for 7 years and have always fixed a problem when they have been asked to. Gas checks etc are always done without us having to ask and they have helped us make improvements to the property to increase security.... Read more

In football terms, it was the difference between Newcastle Utd & Blyth Spartans. Joanne really worked her socks off. Many emails, texts & phone calls.
