Have to say they have restored my faith completely. I dealt with Alia who was efficient, professional, honest and give excellent advice/service all of the way through. Very efficient and client friendly experience. Initial enquiries and placing the property on the market were auctioned smoothly. Advice on pricing was realistic, and a sale achieved a little below asking price at my instigation. We haven't bought and sold a property for years so were in need of help and support in selling my mam's bungalow. Alia Saidan Manager at Wallsend branch gave us a clear understanding of oppositions available to us. Any question we had however miner was no trouble to Alia, Alia was always at the end of the phone for anything we needed explained. We decide to take the property to Auction and so pleased we did this option was less stressful at an already difficult time. The whole process was explained, easy to follow and ran very smoothly, very professional service received. If buying or selling a property in the future we would defiantly use Pattinsons again.
