.... average when they don't have your money and very poor when they do, after completion. There's a bad apple there who doesn't seem to know there job role or the fundamentals of customer service and worsens this greatly by not being the least bit polite , quite a passive aggressive tone going over to cold and unhelpful. Over all it depends who helps you get but it's like flipping a coin pot luck. I'd say their overall a poor unprofessional outfit and certainly aren't at all customer based. They need to support people selling from start to finish and quite simply the dont. They only care about their fee.... 1/10 at best

Paul did our valuation and came so well prepared we were confident they’d get us a great price. The video and photos Paul took made the house look fantastic and we accepted an offer over asking price a few days after it went on the market!! After sales was great, they don’t bombard you with calls but are always on the end of the phone when you need them-particular thanks to Lynsey and Janet! Very satisfied and would recommend.

Fresh Property found a buyer for our property very quickly. At the outset, they explained the process to us and were very straightforward about fees and conditions. Communication has been very easy throughout. The photos and video of the property were excellent, better than any we have seen from other estate agents. Everybody at Fresh Property has been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

From meeting Paul for the 1st time to arrange the sale of my Mums house in North Shields, it is pretty obvious he knows the locality very well (Good North Shields lad) and you are dealing with a professional family run business. The entire process which isn’t the easiest was made a lot simpler having Paul taking care of the sale. The office answer the phone, and queries are responded to promptly. My personal experiences of house selling,solicitors and estate agents hasn’t been that good, but Paul and the Fresh team were a breath of fresh air. Great service.

I bought a property through Fresh just before Christmas and they were extremely friendly, they politely pushed the seller when I asked, and ultimately helped me to push the sale through before Christmas despite some issues with the sellers solicitor.
Always got back to me quickly, and were great from start to finish.

I would like to recommend Paul and Fresh Property Centre. I recently asked them to give us a valuation on our property which had tenants at the time. Paul spoke to me after the appointment and offered me some very useful advice. He had also taken some photos to make me aware of the current state of the property. He sent a written copy of his valuation and copies of other paperwork we needed. Overall they offered a very friendly and helpful service.
