I moved from their property 4 months ago and I still didn't get my deposit back, no one ever call, text or e-mailed me back. I will probably take legal actions soon.

Do not use had a terrible experience, friend asked me to edit the original post as too much detailed included and they did no want any further contact from Northgate.

Agent to our landlord.
Awful
Very hard to get hold of. Email in box is always bouncing as full. How do run a business like that?
Doesn't acknowledge emails or letters.
Doesn't turn up to appointments.
Didn't seem to actually do anything as landlady attend in the end.

Given it's taken seven months to respond to the review you can see the level of service you can expect from these guys.
Oh and that's how long we've been waiting for the deposit, or even an itemised list of the supposed "damage" and any costings for repair. This is the first I've heard that they are releasing the cash. Let's see if it actually happens!

Well mid Jan 2019 we've been out of the property for over a year and the bond is still not been repaid. At least he's stopped sending texts threatening legal action now though.

Stay well clear of this company, Kelvin Lodge is bordering on criminal. The service is appalling and he withholds payments and keys from clients. I have started civil court proceedings against him. I think he will end up bankrupt shortly

Don't go near this place ,Kelvin is a horrible man ,this agent works illegaly he didn't put my bond in a trust fund which protects the Tennant from any issues that may acure during your tenancy, Northgate has pocketed my bond and refuse to talk me (stay away from this agent

Horrible agent and his attitude stinks.
Won't respond to anything, calls plus he's always making excuses why he wasn't available.
seems there's only 1 person running this awful agents
Withholds rent payments
Now there's another one- He's not on any scheme that protects tenants

Do not touch this place. It’s not even worth giving it 1 star.
Just awful customer service & totally untrustworthy
Wouldn’t go there if it was the last estate agent in the world
