15th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)I could not recommend the services of Marsh and Marsh more highly following their handling of the sale of my property. From the initial appraisal, I appreciated their candid approach. They produced fantastic marketing material which really helped to set the property apart from the competition. Jonathan provided invaluable advice when it came to assessing offers, helping me to arrive at one that was proceedable . They successfully managed sales progression of a time pressured chain, ensuring a successful outcome for all stakeholders, I could not recommend their services more highly and would not hesitate to use their services in future.
22nd Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Leaders was not my first choice as a representative to sell the property (and yea I was so wrong), I stuck with different agent for over 2 years. That agent (very nice guy) could not come with clear plan how to pursue a sale, could not explain (or did not know) why property cannot be sold (leashold complications) then enter Leaders - friend of mine told me they are solid. Did not believed as for me all Estate Agents were same bread (wrong again). As I was over 2 years in processes (multiple buyers) and learnt a lot about property itself (leagal wise) I have explained what is the situation to Mike. It took 2 days and I had a clear plan what we can do (multiple options) and actually what we should do. 4 months later the property has been sold. Those guys are FIXERS they make things happen and they will be honest with you. If you looking for nice guys who do the same as everyone else Leaders should not be your choice if you look for effective agent who will leave no stone unturned Leaders are for you. Lukasz.

(185 reviews)15th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)The whole process was made exceptionally easy by this really friendly team. From the moment of the valuation visit I knew they were right for the job. Everything was explained clearly and I had real confidence which put my mind at ease given it was the sale of my mums house after she was moved into a care home. Emails were always answered quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, which was great given I live over 90 miles away from the property being sold. Could not recommend Martin Thornton and the team highly enough and would definitely use them again if I was selling a property in the Huddersfield area.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

21st Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)I chose to use ADM Residential Estate Agents as a management agent for my rental properties after first meeting Alethia quite a few years ago and being impressed with her determined professionalism and pride in her work and her company. I had multiple dealings with ADM over the years, using them to Tenant Find, but not manage my properties as i did this myself, and found their efficiency and professionalism unrivalled. They never failed to get me excellent tenants which in this business matters - a lot; they vetted them as though it were their own properties the tenants would been moving into which other agents are not always so careful to do and which can ultimately lead to a whole lot of problems. More recently I took the decision to move my whole portfolio to a Managed Service and ADM were the obvious choice. Alethia remains very much an important person as leader and owner of the business and she retains my trust and confidence, day to day however I deal with Sarah and Danielle in Lettings now who are both 1st class, confident and informed professionals who I know will manage any issues with properties, tenants and tradesmen with finesse, communicating effectively and respectfully with all sides to get things done - right. They work hard and are dedicated to delivering a quality service. They conduct thorough Property Inspections frequently to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant with lettings requirements; protecting me as a landlord from nonadherence with the law and from tenants mistreating my property, also ensuring tenants continue to have safe and well maintained homes to live in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to other landlords; I am happy with their service.
17th Jan 2025 (7 days ago)We had such a positive experience with Mallinson & Co. Alex was our main point of contact and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional and so kind, a real credit to Mallinson & Co. We were hoping to exchange before the day of completion and Alex tried really hard to open communication between all the solicitors and estate agents to try and make this happen. She was on the ball and constantly trying to help us in any way possible. She truly went above and beyond and due to our correspondence with Alex, Mallinson & Co would be our estate agent of choice, if we were to ever move in the future!
17th Jan 2025 (7 days ago)Unfortunately Valued our property at too high(40K more than others) a price and then every week wanted to keep dropping the price by 10k. Never heard anything from them had 2 viewings in 6 moths. We swapped estate agents and had 6 viewings in 2 days and sold witching 3 weeks.
16th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)A bit of a rocky start with the communication and photography issues, but after that they were spot on. Managed to get the place sold in under a month and they have been great at moving things along. Would recommend.
