Me and my husband bought our second property off Roy and the service we got was very professional and answered all the questions we needed . We also received some lovely welcoming gifts to welcome us into our new home which we thought was lovely . Fantastic service

Roy sold my flat with complete professionalism, understanding and competence. Him and the team would return emails and calls within the hour, if not almost imminently - this was really great and showed that they care about their clients. Roy would regularly give me and the buyer updates on the sale, this helped keep everyone in the loop. The team at O'Connell were really accommodating when arranging viewings and went out their way to meet me to hand over keys and documents.
I couldn't recommend Roy and the team more, they would be my first call to an Estate Agent in the future. Thanks for the work you all did.

A very professional family run business who go that extra mile. Roy, Faye and Caitlyn were all so helpful when dealing with my property for both rental and selling, always keeping me updated throughout the transaction even out of working hours. Dealing with them was a pleasure and certainly not typical of estate agents. Would highly recommend

Have dealt with Roy before and always found him knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. After the initial market appraisal with Roy, Caitlin handled the viewings, negotiations and all other aspects of following the sale through to completion. I was very impressed with Caitlin who always arrived early for viewings to ‘dress’ the property and make any small tweaks to show it at its best.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending Roy and the team.
