Really awesome team at grange park. Been with Oriordan Bond for a few years and Paige has been looking after my place and tenants, she's been been an absolute star. She's always on top of every issue along with ensuring the tenants are well taken care of. She's never pushy to get things sorted but her professionalism is second to none. I wouldn't have anyone else look after my place other than Paige & Tori. Tori has been there to manage the out of tenancy and prep for nee tenancy. After some pretty poor service from other agents and being on the market for 15 months, I spoke to Luke Bandey who was exactly what I needed… someone who was direct, and told me everything I needed to know about my property and within 3 months it was sold. Having now exchanged almost completed I have to give a special mention to Georgia Smith who was outstanding, so thorough and on the ball with everything. When solicitors slowed things down Georgia was there talking to all parties and I truly believe it would have taken longer to get here had it not been for her work. Would definitely recommend... I'm sold . I tried to book to see some properties with agent via Rightmove over the past two weeks. No replies at all. No contact either. I call to book a property which I was really interested too. Said will call back but surprise surprise nothing. This specific branch are simply shambles. If you think of selling think twice before instruct them. You may think no viewers maybe the problem might be the agent. Think twice ...they have 1 simple job. With fees they charge a better service should be provided. Just saying they been the worst I come across in Northampton. Ps other branch I contact was fine. However said I will need to contact this one.... Read more
