Colin was 1st class and bought people for a viewing that were not even looking in our area. The house represented better value for money and they moved swiftly to offer. I’m convinced that if it wasn’t for Colin the couple would never have viewed and bought ????
Steve and Colin kept us up to date throughout the process and are a great team, super professional and knowledgeable! Don’t look anywhere else if you’re choosing an agent!

Merrys have been managing my property for over a year now and I can't speak highly enough about the service I've received and continue to receive from them.
They came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why! They are very professional and always communicate with me very promptly.
My first tenants were vetted thoroughly and Jackie dealt with little day-to-day issues very quickly and kept me informed at all stages.
New tenants are about to move in and again, nothing has been too much trouble (the tenants put clothing and shoes into the black bin, so Jackie emptied them out herself and took them to be recycled). I get regular photographs of my property and feel totally confident with Merrys. I would not hesitate in recommending them as a letting agent. Am 100% pleased.

Top Class service from with Colin & Steve. We sold and bought with Merrys as we thought another local company was over pricing properties. An honest company with and personable approach. The best thing we did in 2022 was to go with these guys

Sold a property and purchased a property from this agent. Found a property I wanted to buy from this agent and wanted to put in an offer but wanted to get a sale agreed on my house first. I was with a different agent who was dragging their heels on getting my house on the market, so I contacted Merrys about getting my house on the market quickly, they came round the same day, took photos and its was on Rightmove the same day, they moved fast, viewings the following few days and less than a week to get an offer over the asking price. Post offer agreement, they were great at communications with solicitors and keeping me updated. Just a really good honest and fair service from start to finish as a buyer and seller, really please with them!

I have purchased and sold properties through Merrys and I can’t recommend them highly enough . They were so professional and helpful right from the beginning to the end . Everyone has a house moving drama story . With Merrys there was no drama . They dealt with any issue instantly and couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful . Very unprofessional and impolite with responses and work unlawfully and do not follow procedures. I asked about why a certain landlord did not allow pets and the response was “The Landlord has instructed us to advertise the property as no pets.” which is not a valid response or reason. They then also made excuses as to why I could not afford the property.

We are so happy with our new house it took a while for us to get over the line but Steve and Colin stuck with us gave us time and we got the house of our dreams we are so grateful.
If your looking for a personal service and great customer service give Merry's a call i couldn't recommend them highly enough...

I bought 2 rental properties through Steve over 10 years ago,and he and Jackie have managed these along with another two I own during this time.
Jackie is always very willing to help sort out any problems with the properties and recommend the right tradesman for the job.
If I ever contact them,they are always quick to respond and helpful with my query.
When a tenant has vacated one of my properties, Jackie is always very quick at finding a suitable replacement.Luckily this is not very often,as the quality of the tenants they find are of a good quality and normally want a long term home.
I would not hesitate to recommend them either for buying or letting a property.
