We recently sold our property through the Duston North Branch.<br><br>From start to finish they were fantastic. Rus came out and valued the property with an honest valuation. He also negotiated a sale price we were happy with.<br><br>Ben was also brilliant, making sure he got the right people through the door (no time wasters). Our first sale fell through but he reacted quickly and changed tactics to generate immediate interest which worked. We sold again within a few days. They were always on hand when needed.<br><br>Liam worked behind the scenes and mostly communicated with my wife, but again, strong praise.<br><br>I'd highly recommend as long as they're working there.

Excellent service in buying and selling two properties...extremely knowledgeable and supportive...customer service was face to face and aftercare service has been the best we have received...The stress of selling and buying properties was minimal as they completely keep us up to date well informed and would definitely recommend and use them again...big thank you Rohan James and all the team at Mike Neville.....Jenny and John

We were very pleased with the service provided by the whole team, the service was excellent.
But the Manager was outstanding, he understood our needs and accommodated us accordingly. He went above and beyond. He thought outside the box and approached another property owner already on the market with themselves and set up a viewing at our initial valuation appointment. A a sale was agreed within the week. It was our one and only family to view our house.
He assisted us with solutions when our buyer’s chain encountered problems and we were in our new home within 12 weeks.

I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.
