We were very pleased with the service provided by the whole team, the service was excellent.
But the Manager was outstanding, he understood our needs and accommodated us accordingly. He went above and beyond. He thought outside the box and approached another property owner already on the market with themselves and set up a viewing at our initial valuation appointment. A a sale was agreed within the week. It was our one and only family to view our house.
He assisted us with solutions when our buyer’s chain encountered problems and we were in our new home within 12 weeks.

Adele helped us buy our first house so when it came to moving again we knew who we were going to ask without a second thought. We needed to move in a timely manner and they delivered! Fabulous team especially Dan and Georgia. Despite many hiccups along the way (not the fault of ORB) they worked hard to seal the deal. Georgia was extremely organised and proactive and if it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would have exchanged this month. Dan was quick to respond and sympathetic to our situation. Would 100% recommend. Thank you.

I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.

O'Riordan Bond Duston and Kindsthrope was amazing, Lucia, Joe and others did a fantastic job, l can't thank them enough Honestly l had a wonderful experience, always keeping me updated and l have never chased them from start to finish, they are the best. I recommend them

The staff at Mike Neville are really good—very friendly and helpful, especially Ben. I had a couple of viewings before I bought my house, and I can honestly say he’s the best in Rushden. He pays attention to the small details, is very approachable, and before showing a property, he makes sure he knows everything a client might ask.
