Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.
I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else.
Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.

The staff of O'Riordan Bond from the Duston branch have gone beyond all my expectations and could not be more helpful with the purchase of my new home. From the viewing of the property to all the legal paperwork they bent over backwards to make sure the purchase went as smoothly as it could. I would also like to thank Caroline - Mortgage Advisor who provided with an excellent and swift response with the mortgage in order for me to move as soon as was possible. For Maxine who also without any issue provide me with valuable advice in helping me sell my own property as well the purchase of another. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this branch for all the service provided.

I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.
