I had a challenging experience with this letting agent. Throughout my tenancy, I maintained the property well, and inspections never raised any concerns. However, after moving out, they claimed my full deposit without prior discussion, later reducing it after I questioned it. The landlord had assured me that no painting was required, but this changed after I returned the keys. There were also multiple unannounced viewings and delays in addressing important safety issues. I wish the process had been more transparent and fair. I hope future tenants have a smoother experience.

We recently purchased our first house through O’Riordan Bond, our estate agent-Ella was so lovely, she was there whenever I had questions and was able to answer them promptly. Adele and Caroline are lovely too, Adele helping with any queries regarding the process with the solicitors and she kept us up to date with the progress. Caroline advised us with mortgages and lenders helping us navigate through the mortgage rates. I would definitely recommend using them and I would 100% use them myself again! Thanks ladies!

O'Riordan Bond have managed my rental property for circa 10 years now and what I've loved about them is how fair and just they are to both tenant and landlord. A massive shout out goes to Paige, who has worked her socks off for me over the years. Nothing has been too much trouble, any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and with no fuss and what she doesn't know about BTL regulations and the latest market trends just isn't worth knowing. If you have a rental property and you're looking for a friendly yet professional agency, I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

I recently completed a property sale that involved a large chain with multiple agents and solicitors, one of whom was causing significant delays. The agent I was purchasing from, Michael Graham, was also not as proactive as I’d hoped. After 16 weeks of mounting stress, I decided to call my buyer’s agent, Stuart from O'Riordan Bond.
Stuart’s professionalism, sharpness, and efficiency were remarkable. He handled every situation swiftly, and his approach was leagues above the other agents involved in the chain—it was like night and day. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I’ve dealt with countless agents, but Stuart stands out as the best.
Thanks to his efforts, we reached completion within just two weeks, relieving a tremendous amount of stress, even though he wasn’t directly my agent. If not for Stuart’s intervention, we’d likely still be waiting to complete.

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.
I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else.
Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.
