I didn't bother getting any other agents to quote for my sale. After meeting Aiden, my mind was made up after his sales pitch and telling me all about what the company would do for me.
In a very difficult market I wasn't disappointed in my decision.
The service and professionalism through out was first class.
Aiden worked very hard to get my flat sold, and Georgia gave me great customer service after the sale.

I was so nervous about moving house, I went with ORiordan on a friend’s recommendation and I’m SO glad I did. Adele sold our house in 4 days & she and her team were so ‘on it’ throughout the whole process so I could just focus on packing and finding our next home. They really know their stuff and as a bonus her & Paul always made me laugh and feel at ease from start to finish.

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.
I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else.
Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.

I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.
