I have no hesitation in recommending Oaks Letting in Epsom. Throughout the management of my property, I experienced nothing but the highest standards in service and professionalism. Having purchased my investment property, I invited three local agents to evaluate the the rental potential. Immediately, I was impressed with the professionalism with which Oaks presented themselves.Frankly, Oaks made the other two agents look unprepared and rather amateurish. So the decision to instruct Oaks to let and manage my property was very simple. Even during the rental valuation, Oaks provided me with invaluable advice and guidance on how to maximise the rental return. This included simple, inexpensive ways to make the property more appealing to prospective tenants. Having implemented their recommendations, I requested Oaks to seek a suitable tenant. Within days, Oaks had found several suitably qualified applicants, all of whom wanted to rent my property. Here again, Oaks were extremely helpful in helping me select the best tenant against the criteria I had specified. After that, Oaks did everything. From drawing up the tenancy agreement to creating a detailed inventory and checking in the tenant, Oaks delivered outstanding service in very short timescales. For me, the whole process was completely stress-free and effortless. Oaks continued to manage the property throughout the four year tenancy. During the whole of this period, Oaks took total responsibility for the care of the property and the contentment of the tenant. They provided me with detailed monthly accounts and, most importantly, the rent was always in my account on the same day of every month. In addition, Oaks also undertook regular inspections of the property, to ensure it was being looked after by the tenant. Their detailed reports and inventory updates also included photographs of the property which provided me with great peace of mind. When something needed fixing, a member of Oaks Management Team would give me a call informing me of the cost of the repair and requesting my permission to have the work carried out. The work would then be undertaken promptly and diligently by qualified trades people. Throughout the whole of the tenancy I did not receive one complaint or concern from the tenant. So as well as giving me excellent service, Oaks also ensured that my tenant was comfortable and content in the property. With Oaks the term 'Armchair Investment' is a reality and over the four years I let the property it was worry free and problem free. Oaks really did look after my property as if it were their own. We were very pleased with the service that Oaks provided in selling our house. They offered a competitive rate and gave us efficient, personalised service. Their valuation and advice on the local market was spot-on and they got many prospective buyers to view the property in the first couple of weeks. We particularly liked their automated service to let us know when viewings were happening, but Oaks also followed this up with feedback in person. Once we had secured an offer, Oaks continued to work hard to ensure the deal went through efficiently. The Oaks managed 2 properties for us for 5 years to a high standard, dealing well with any repair and tenant issues that arose so that we did not have to get involved. They subsequently sold the properties or us quickly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend them.... Read more

I have used OAKS LETTING AGENTS for 7 years to completely manage my property and cannot fault them in anyway. The staff are very accommodating making sure that both my interests and the tenants are looked after, this includes problems that the tenant has with appliances, decorating etc, maintenance that is needed and making sure the rent is paid on time. I cannot understand how someone could be so negative towards an organisation that infact is acting on their behalf. with regards to the charges that OAKS make these are well in proportion to the services they provide and like everything in this day an age you cannot expect to get something for nothing. It is not always plain sailing but The OAKS are there to cushion my frustrations whenever they occur.Without OAKS I would not be able deal with my property alone. I hope to keep using OAKS sevices for many years to come as they are an asset to the lettings industry and I would not change them.I am certainly not put off by any negative comments posted as I have never had any experiences of this kind.
