My flatmate and I have found our dream cottage thanks to Meghan and Sophie!
The whole experience from the initial viewings to negotiating, to moving in, has been the smoothest, easiest process. I have dealt with many an estate agency in the last decade as a tenant and this is by far the best experience I've had.
Both Sophie and Meghan have been incredible, making sure we were at ease and facilitating everything along while making us feel heard.

Meghan and Sophie at the Epsom Leaders branch were a joy to deal with. Meghan is who we liaised with to organise viewings and helped us find a dream rental property in the heart of the village.
They have both been professional and efficient and have answered every question we asked with ample information and assurance. They streamlined the referencing process and even negotiated moving our rent due date to help better fit our financial needs.

David helped us for the sales of our house near Epsom. As the first sales fell through, we had to remarket for the second time. Throughout the process, David applied a pragmatic approach with all parties involved to get things moving. As a seller, sometimes it feels like a lot of activities are outside our control e.g. legal and sales process of the buyer, and David gave us a lot of reassurance that progress is being made simply by being responsive and patience with our questions. David also shared his advice and experience to help steering to the right outcomes.

He went out of his way to support, guide and educate me in the art of reading legal papers, dealing with the strange idiosyncrasies of Property Solicitors , stamp duty and the entire process. Did nothing to sell our flat, after the only 2 viewings we got in the first 2 weeks they asked us to drop our valuation by 20g. Then told me I'd asked in March for them to take it off the market. I hadn't done this!!, but it didn't matter as they'd already removed it in January anyway!!

Poor, dont use them unless you want to be lied to. We have moved into a rented property which was missold to us and they are now backtracking. Both my partner and I were told on two separate occasions that the garden outside our property was private and now they are backtracking to say they never told us that. Heartbreaking as myself and my partner were so excited about moving in together for the first time and the experience has been completely tarnished by this.

Me and my mate were looking for over a month and a half for a place, and continued to be messed about by most estate agents, a property appeared on Zoopla and we contacted asap.
We had a young lad Ollie help us with our viewing and he was extremely helpful and a genuine nice lad, he gave us all the information we needed straight away and even offered to go the extra step further and help us out with things such as wifi and explaining the inns and outs of the initial bill payments.
Our experience has been very smooth and the transition has been made perfect for moving during this pandemic, a big part of this was the willingness to help and always being available to ask questions or raise queries with Ollie.

I viewed two properties with Oliver in one evening. The first viewing was pre-arranged, but there after, following a clearer understanding of my requirements, Oliver agreed to show me another property which he believed would be suitable. He was indeed very right as I love the second property!

After visiting several properties, we visited this property that was being marketed by Leaders and was shown to us by Oliver Cupis. I really liked the professional demeanor Oliver showed throughout the process, and above all, Oliver mentioned that he was new at Leaders. However, whenever we requested additional information about the property or the process, if Oliver was unable to answer, he always either asked for help from one of his senior colleagues at Leaders, or referred us to one and always followed up with us to check if we received the information we were after.

I dread dealing with estate agents. I find them usually unfriendly, pushy and clearly have tunnel vision towards their commission. I was elated to deal with both Oli and Sophie who not only were welcoming and friendly but also empathised with our situation and were genuinely keen to find a property to suit our needs. Unfortunately we didn’t find a property through them but I was honestly disappointed that any owed commission didn’t go to this lovely pair. I have used Leaders a couple of times. The first time wasn't the best (not because of leaders). Each time I dealt with Leaders I was helped by Sinead, who was just lovely. She was very helpful and efficient. Replied to all my emails as quickly as she could with as much information as possible. I was probably a bit of a pain in the bum as I never gave her a day off, but that didn't stop her being so helpful. If Sinead was busy i dealt with a couple of other from Leaders who where also just as helpful with and queries I had. I would 100% recommend them, and if I have the need to again would definitely use them again myself.

If I could put 10 stars I would. Epsom Leaders have been phenomenal. I have dealt with Sophie and would recommend her and the team for all rental services. During a time of lockdown uncertainty and not knowing where we would live she stepped up to the plate and sorted out everything so seamlessly and always with a smile. We have arranged a viewing and went to view the property, we like the property in first instance and agreed to put an offer, further we also informed the negotiator not to show the property until our offer is been accepted before leaving she assure as that she will not show the property but she purposely showed property to some other family, off-course property was so nice they put offer to. Leaders knew the answers to all questions given and we had no problems with them. They did want to charge half the rent to be able to clean the property, which we resolved via the landlords instead. The only time I had to visit them was to show my proof of ID and address. All other communication was conveniently done online e.g. contract and inventory signing. One thing that was annoying was that they shared our details with energy and insurance providers (which were apparently required in the contract) who made several hassling calls even 2 years after signing and a year after leaving.

Absolutely disgusting the way me & my husband have been treated. Went to look at a 4 bedroom house in epsom told them after the viewing we wanted the house, Still done viewing with other guy that was there after we said we'd take the house, then sent all paperwork in that they asked for. Well a few days went by and my husband was calling in the morning & afternoon just to say we really wanted the house and if landlord did not except offer we were happy to match what the landlord wanted and got a call today to say we did not get the place as landlord went with someone else and was not keen on people who MIT or need A guarantor. It looks like they lied to us , never mentioned it was a bidding war and no mention of the landlord not being happy with a guarantor if needed, they made an already stressful situation even more stressful I'm 5 and half months pregnant which they knew and they knew it was an emergency to move quickly and we had been under a lot of stress with looking for a house and not getting anywhere. Its disgusting now we were lied too if we were told the truth about it all we would of put an offer in for what the landlord wanted as we were not told we lost the place. Which is no fault of our own . We will not be ever using leadering again. I do not recommend them and our advise is to stay away from this company. They have no morals and no respect and will lie to you.

Use any other lettings agency, honestly. Atrocious customer service and huge fees for, frankly, no service. Out of pocket nearly £400 in admin fees to go from being rejected from referencing to “the landlord is going with another offer” within less than a week of paying. I noticed they had even put the flat back on the market before it had been explained to me why I was rejected. Any attempt to rectify the issue was met with stonewalling (the landlord isn’t interested in a guarantor, the landlord has other offers, fine print, etc), cynicism and sarcasm.
Three weeks later I see the flat is still on the market. They do not care about you, only your money. You can get much better service for less.

We rented a 3 bedroom townhouse in Epsom through Leaders for 5 years. During our time, Lisa from Leaders was always responsive, dealt with any issues promptly and was always supportive and helpful. We vacated the property a couple of weeks ago as we moved into our (first) own home. I was taken aback at how smooth the checkout was. We even had our deposit returned within a week and half of us vacating - I was dreading it, expecting a lengthy negotiation after looking at the very professional, detailed checkout report, but was pleasantly surprised. Lisa and Keith have a real pleasure to deal with.

A fantastic customer experience! The Epsom branch staff could not have been helpful or done anymore for us, truly above and beyond the normal level of service. Having been let down by the quality of another property managed by another lettings agency, we were up against a very tight time frame to keep storage delivery times etc. The staff at Leaders immediately understood our situation and helped us move in within a 3 day turnaround, from viewing the property to handing over the keys. In comparison to the initial response to our difficult situation from other agencies, the staff here are head and shoulders above.

Having found a house we loved through Leaders in Epsom, we were told there were so many other viewings so to our delight we were called the next day to say our offer had been accepted. The house was taken off the market. We asked Leaders to speak to the landlord about several things because with a long term tenancy and us having young children it's very important. We spoke to the manager Jack who said he would ask and address the issues we had to the landlord and someone would get back to us the next day. We never hear from them. We spent a lot of time over the weekend making sure we liked where the house was and the area. Then feeling very confident about it and happy the next day, had to ring the agency ourselves to be told that someone else had put in a better offer and they were going to call us to let us know. Very disappointing from the agency and very unprofessional

Had the most unprofessional and distressing experience before Christmas with Leaders. After being told my rental offer had been accepted, was horrified to be informed days away from flying to Canada with my 5 daughters that it had been let to someone else. Having even asked was my offer accepted or accepted until a better offer I was told "noooo its accepted". The only reason I found out was because I called to follow up on the deposit and paper work before I flew for piece of mind. I am totally disgusted in the way I was treated. I never once recieved a call to tell me anything had changed. The agent, who was now on holiday claimed he tried calling. Not one missed call, or message left so a complete lie! After my offer was accepted, the property should never have been show to another sole unless my credit check had failed. The Estate Agent I have since used, are absolutely amazing and have restored my faith that morals still exist. I will not be recommending Leaders to anyone.

I have been a tenant for more than 10year and have rented across the UK, and also overseas. Leaders are by far and away the best letting agency I have dealt with. All the staff have been courteous and extremely helpful. The move in process was seamless with Leaders ensuring the property was clean, utilities providers contacted and provided with my details, all meter readings taken and up to date, and I was made fully aware of any repair work required with an estimated date for completion. I was very impressed with the way that Leaders found us a suitable tenant. After 2.5 months of trying with another agency to let this quite desirable apartment in Epsom without success, Leaders found us a good tenant within 2.5 days. The tenant's suitability was soon checked out and found to be very positive. This is a full management arrangement with Leaders and the auxiliary costs to us were pretty modest.
