We were very pleased with the service that was provided, dedication and professionalism shown by all the team. We were unfortunate to lose our first buyer but Hamptons swiftly replaced with an even more suitable buyer. It's been a difficult market politically however this did not affect the performance of Hamptons, our trusted estate agent. We would have no hesitation in recommended their service to our friends and family.

From start to finish, Daniel was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive in keeping everything moving smoothly. He was always quick to answer questions, kept us updated at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. His knowledge of the local market and honest, straightforward approach really stood out. We felt well looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel and the wider team at The Personal Agent to anyone buying or selling in the area.
25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. 4th May 2026 (1 day ago)Barnard Marcus is an awful company, treating customers as they please. They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit. Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.- 13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I don't even know where to “star”t. From the support I received before and after moving in, the Letting Team at Hamptons Kingston has been amazing. Freya, Jodie, Anna, and Victoria have all impressed me with their handling of everything. Their professionalism, presence, and availability have been outstanding. Thank you!

She really helped in every way she could and she really hasn't stopped even with issues I've had post purchase. Thanks to the team at Leatherhead, lots of support and can't fault them.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. They supported us through both our sale and purchase during challenging market conditions, and their calm, reassuring approach made a real difference during stressful moments. They were always quick to provide updates and chase others in the chain when needed. We were also really impressed with the quality of their listing, the photos and description looked far better than those of other estate agents. We would highly recommend Ben, Ryan, Tayte and the wider Winkworth Surbiton team
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were professional throughout the entire process and communication was spot on at all times. Particular thanks to Liam who was excellent. We had an issue come up in the process which could have derailed our sale, he immediately looked for solutions to save the sale and prevented a lot of stress.

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. There were no surprises, and I felt the whole process was conducted with honesty and integrity. I was especially impressed with how quickly my deposit was processed and returned.
