16th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I paid £213 to Greenfield for the holding deposit. The referencing failed. Instead of them refunding my money. They deducted £60 from my money. When I enquired The agent called Laurence said, they have deducted the cost of referencing from it.<br>I said what?? You didn't tell me from the onset. Moreover, I have not asked anyone to do referencing on my behalf, so why I'm I bearing the cost.<br>Is this extortion or what???

I received 4 offers after the open day and accepted the one which I felt was the most keen and in the best position to proceed. My sale was looked after by Paul Davis who was helpful, efficient and professional and helped to move things along smoothly to completion. Thank you Paul and also to Liam and anyone else in the team who assisted. I am happy with the service I received from the Personal and would use them again in the future.
22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

Very professional, approachable, honest and always available. No hard sales waffle, no forcing stats to try tease the sale price down. I have nothing but praise for this team who listened and then worked with enthusiasm towards my end goal. She was great very helpful and quick to respond… its an office block conversion so even with all the delays and developers issues she always kept me informed and updated couldn’t of asked for a better experience as a first time buyer! She has the patients of a saint and always happy to help so would definitely recommend!

My flat was empty and after the initial meeting I barely had to lift a finger. Their communication was excellent by e mail and phone. I would recommend them to everyone.
