Since the beginning of the month trying to arrange a viewing on a rental property, had zero response no feedback whatsoever about when was the viewing happening. The lettings associate was clueless, was not even aware that the property had a price reduction twice in two weeks in a row! Terrible experience! I was even receiving more property viewing options when the one I requested not once I had a feedback on, enbarecing to say the least. Already rented a house with other agency while the property I was interested in is still to rent.

With a very prompt start, we had an accepted offer within a few days. The buyer was looked after through the buying process to keep them happy, and we were kept informed of progress at all times. 26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)From the moment I contacted Gascoigne Pees to the time I had my offer at the asking price they were Helpful, Professional and efficient. They suggested an open day would be the most effective process for my personal situation. Nigel came to the property initially and explained the whole process. Jessica helped with the paperwork and kept me up to date through the process on every detail and Emma conducted the many viewings. The whole process from information gathering to getting a validated offer was approximately Two weeks. I would definitely recommend Gascoigne Pees to anyone looking for peace of mind and Results.

They are and always have been friendly, professional, reliable and efficient. Everything you want and need! I can’t recommend them enough and can only imagine how easy they make your lives if you’re a landlord. 6th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have recently purchased a property marketed by the Patrick Gardener team in Leatherhead. They couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They were always so responsive and patient with our numerous emails, queries and questions. They were even willing to give information about specific queries regarding the area and schools which was a particular concern of ours. Overall a fabulous experience with the team at PG Leatherhead. Vari and Maddy have been fantastic and we couldn't be more grateful for everything they have done for us during this process. Thank you so much!

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

Since the beginning of our negotiations we felt things were a bit strange… But as we really liked the house we decided to still move forward. After awkward beginning we got a call saying that we got the House. We were extremely happy. We them hired solicitors, got our mortgage approved and we were just waiting for the probate. After 1.5 months of our offer being accepted, we received one call saying that they were very sorry but there was another offer (sounding like it was a done deal for the other bidder.. yes it became an auction we believe..) Long story short, even after saying that we would potentially rase our offer to still keep the house, they never came back to us so we could only imagine that they for some reason chose who is buying their houses… At least for us this seemed very evident. With our mortgage ready/approved, investment positions withdrawn and solicitors hired. Big ££ loss will all that on top of the terrible experience… Ps: By the way the house was out of market as it was marked as Sold…
