I found Anastassia to be charming and efficient, I would recommend her without hesitation.
Worst company I have ever come across. As a letting agency I would have rated them nothing, my property was vandalised by the tenants they had searched for in the process of being full.mangement, they dont visit your property, inspite mentioning on there website and contract. To make matters worst they keep tentants in your property iligally and will not notify you if people leave the property. Stay well clear if ai were you.
Knight Frank and in particular James Harvey have been able to find some good potential buyers for our house, even through the very quiet Christmas period. We finished up with 2 very good potential purchasers wanting to purchase our house, and we selected one who was so very keen to buy it. They proceeded rapidly to exchange and completion. Throughout the whole of this process James and the Knight Frank team have been exceedingly helpful and proactive, checking into the various issues and negotiating exceedingly well on our behalf. Thank you for all your assistance.
James Harvey has been very helpful and patient during our purchase. We would recommend Knight Frank highly.
Wouldn't recommend at all
They are least responsive. In general, state agents are good during pre-sales and once the deal is closed they are least bothered about the clients (I dealt with them as a tenant), but they don't bother during the pre-sales as well. They want to maintain consistency, I wonder.
They are never available on call, by chance if you get a hang of them they would ask to write your concerns in email and won't respond to those or ignore the important concerns like safety etc.
Despite writing twice they didn't bother to respond to my concerns of electric wires laying over the kitchen cupboards and other outstanding electrical issues.
Very good service from Laurels during the renting process, particularly from Charles and Giorgia. No query too small and notably staff where always available. Highly recommend using Laurels.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
V and H did an absolutely brilliant job for us. Through every step of the way they couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. We had a very tight timescale to secure a buyer and a long complicated chain but their skill and judgment was invaluable and they managed the process wonderfully. Above all they were a pleasure to deal with. We can't recommend them highly enough.
The staff at V&H Homes are all lovely and their responses regarding queries etc were always timely. The service was average, on our side we felt we had to chase frequently for updates so would have appreciated some more proactive contact from the agent. And whilst we did get an email to congratulate us on our first purchase, we felt that a call would have been more personal - it's the little things that go a long way! That said, during the last few weeks nearing exchange, Maria really helped push things to move forward.
