Open Estates are a very reputable estate agent. This is how an estate agent should be. Jonathan has worked hard and always contactable. Jonathan and the team are the best I have dealt with. The team were highly professional and approachable in all situations. Jonathan found us several interested buyers and through his experience filtered out a reliable buyer . It was a breath of fresh air to deal with such service-minded estate agents, marketing was impeccable, queries and concerns were dealt with very efficiently. I would highly recommend Open Estates. If you want your property sold forget the rest.

What can I say? Open Estates is no 'run of the mill' Estate Agents.... Absolute professionals and highly recommended.
If you want to be kept up to date; good news or lets find a solution, you can be very assured that these gentlemen really do look after you and have your best interests at heart.
Jonathan and Laurie, you are simply amazing! You showed absolute respect and kindness for my mum, taking all her concerns into consideration from the very beginning. You both go above and well beyond the 'norm' to get things done!

Open Estates are a very reputable estate agent and incomparably the best I have dealt with. Jonathan and Laurie were highly professional yet kind and friendly in all situations. They managed to find a reliable buyer at a crucial time for us and were 100% trustworthy throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to deal with such knowledgable and service-minded estate agents, marketing was impeccable, queries and concerns were dealt with very efficiently, particularly in view of the fact that we live abroad and were not in a position to meet in person, they never hesitated to call abroad and follow up on issues. I would highly recommend Open Estates; as a client we always felt that they acted in our best interests. Now that the sale is over, I sometimes miss talking to these lovely gentlemen!

Bought a property through Open Estate agents and started in April 2023 for completion July 2023, we are now at the final stage which doesn't require any work from open estate agents.
Jonathan, Laurie, Matt and team have been nothing but help and pleasant in a process that have been most frustrating on few occasions but at every turn Laurie has gone a million miles above when is been asked of him.
I have dealt with estate agents but if you want someone who looks after both buyer and seller as well as get a personal service tailored to you and only you then look no further!
