12th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)First viewing booked with them after some back and forth, the original agreed time is changed the day before without our approval. Nevertheless we drive 30 minutes, get to the property, wake up our sleeping toddler and run to the door in the torrential rain just to be told by the owner that he is not home and the estate agent is not answering their phone. Try to call from our side too and again no answer. So after 10/15 minutes waiting in the rain, we are back in our car for another half an hour drive for absolute no reason. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Never again.
12th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

13th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

21st Aug 2020 (4 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

29th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)I’m sad to say I’ve had a terrible experience buying a flat with Zac Coon & Oakhill. I have not met an agent that has so little concern for their reputation over the close of a sale. I bought a property that I was not able to live in for over 2 months, and it transpired that the agent was well aware that issues would not be resolved on time. The agent reached out to me to complete the purchase at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. Promising that everything would be resolved, when in fact they had seen through another buyer that the issues would not be resolved. When that buyer complained, the Oakhill agent asked if they would consider them to resell the property they had just helped them purchase - the cheek! I would never recommend anyone to use this place.

17th May 2024 (7 mo. ago)They refused us to rent a property cos of partner's unfair ccj. Fair play by Peter who returned the deposit,a good man. The reason for 3 stars is another boss Paul made the decision not to let us when the landlord was happy for us to move in. Otherwise, why Kelly would ring us to arrange to pop in to office to pay the rest of deposit and monthly rent. The next day this pathetic man makes decision on behalf of landlord.

Their team was very professional throughout, arranged lots of viewings and always kept us well informed with feedback. As a result, this soon led to a successful sale. My thanks to Oliver and Daniel.
