12th Oct 2024 (11 days ago)First viewing booked with them after some back and forth, the original agreed time is changed the day before without our approval. Nevertheless we drive 30 minutes, get to the property, wake up our sleeping toddler and run to the door in the torrential rain just to be told by the owner that he is not home and the estate agent is not answering their phone. Try to call from our side too and again no answer. So after 10/15 minutes waiting in the rain, we are back in our car for another half an hour drive for absolute no reason. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Never again.

9th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)I am not a person that normally writes many reviews but on this occasion I felt I must. At a sensitive time after my mother had passed Grant and his team at Hamptons were fantastic. Professional at all times, Knowledgeable on where to value my mother‘s house in the current market and understanding of the issues surrounding probate. They help us proceed with confidence that we were in good hands through the process and when issues were raised as always is the case in a house sale Grant and the team dealt with In a sensitive and efficient manner. All of this resulted in us achieving a sale above the asking price in a very difficult market. I can’t thank you enough. Darren Norman

4th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have used Village Estates as a landlord and to sell my property. I would approve them very highly; they chase the selling process very efficiently and courteously without annoying the buyer, while making sure everything happens when it should (other estate agents seem to ignore a completion date sliding, thinking the property will sell itself at some point, so why should they work for their commission?). Not Village Estates - very professional and efficient while maintaining good relations with buyer and seller. Impressive.
13th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.- 13th Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)I found Adam and his team extremely professional, efficient and courteous I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them
21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

21st Aug 2020 (4 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

Wendy did always go the 'extra mile' to find the right way and angle to get the sale agreed and everyone should be satisfied. your polite way of making sure the sale progress smoothly was really appreciated. 17th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)These people send out white envelope mail outs addressed to THE HOMEOWNER. AALL official and important looking. So you tear it open, worry in your heart and it's a "would you like a free valuation?" card. Last time, I called them and asked them to remove me from their marketing. They didn't. So I am returning it in person today. I won't use them, ever. TWO YEARS LATER.. THEY RESPOND TO SAY THEY WILL DEAL WITH IT PROMPTLY!!!!!! Now that's funny.
17th May 2024 (23 weeks ago)They refused us to rent a property cos of partner's unfair ccj. Fair play by Peter who returned the deposit,a good man. The reason for 3 stars is another boss Paul made the decision not to let us when the landlord was happy for us to move in. Otherwise, why Kelly would ring us to arrange to pop in to office to pay the rest of deposit and monthly rent. The next day this pathetic man makes decision on behalf of landlord.

(95 reviews)2nd Oct 2024 (21 days ago)I was selling house in late 2023, early 2024. long story short, the buyer revised offer, I acted against Rolstons advice at the time and the deal fell through, house was eventfully sold through another agent with even lower market price. It was partially due to a difficult market, partially my own fault didn't listen. However, Rolstons have been hands down the best agents for me, I was always kept in the loop by Matthew and Paul even out side office hours, they are very experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Throughout my tenancy, from the very beginning that started with apartment viewing till the end when I moved out of the place, they have been always helpful, efficient, and transparent about everything. Here are what I like the most about working with them: - Move-in date was flexible. Usually, landlords and agencies pick the 1st of a calendar month. However, for me I needed to move in asap back then so they were ok with making the tenancy start date not falling on the 1st. - Maintenance issues around the house got fixed quickly and efficiently. Moving across the ocean by myself and trying to find a place to stay in London wasn't necessarily a fun experience, but they have made it much easier and manageable for me, and I'm thankful for that. I totally recommend them and hope their business continues to flourish in the coming years.
